Repair and Renovation of Birasal Airstrip in the district of Dhenkanal for the year 2026-27

CIVIL WORKS:- Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including rakingout joints 12 mm deep andremoving the debris within 50 m lead etc complete. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level ramming watering curing centering & shuttering etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC work of M-20 in all floors having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 200 kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 10mm size to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips (10mm size 40% & 20mm size 60%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting lowering laying and compacting concrete with centering & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary and providing required No. of fan hooks as required including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS rod / Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Fly Ash brick masonry using fly ash bricks of size 25 cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix (1:6) with ordinary portland cement (OPC) and screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for straightening the coiled or bend up M.S. rod / HYSD bars confirming to Gr. Fe-500, cutting bending binding lapping placing welding etc. (Confirming to ISI specification) and jointing if necessary by lapping and tying the grills and placing in position as required for RCC work as per approved design hoisting lowering and laying in position including cost conveyance & taxes of M.S. rod / tor steel (Primary Producer like- SAIL/RINL/TATA/ JINDALSTEEL/ SHYAM STEEL) make) and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge (as approved by the deptt.) weight of over lapping, couping, welded joints, spacer bar, chair, stage, hanger and binding wires shall not be considered for payment at all. Standard co-efficient of different size of the steel shall be considered. Welding & lapping should be confirming to relevant clause of IRC 1987 etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick walls after racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick walls after racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Vitrified Tile in floors, treads, steps and landing slabs of size 600mm x 600mm (Plain/Ivory) of approved make confirming to IS:13755 laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including, rubbing and polishing the surface with cost, conveyance, royality and all taxes of all materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fixing and fittings MS window grills, Doors, MS verandha grills and MS grill gate of approved design and drawing made out of MS flat and MS angle at work site with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide zink chrome primer including cutting holes in brick or RCC walls and fixing with CC (1:3:6) including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials all labour T&P required for the work complete (payment will be made on weight basis only)(In all floors) etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Gypsum ceilling with12mm thick Gypsum board main runner, cross tee, wall anglesuspended from ceilling including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
