M&L for demolition of stone slabs laid or bedded in any mortar all as specified and directed

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring & skirting 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including ,cutting and mirror polishing and 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Ditto all as per item No 2 above but as in dado, riser & skirting over & incl 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3

M&L for polishing of Old surfaces on marble/ granite/ kota stone/ stoe work where ever required, intial preparation includes grounding the surface evenly with machine fitted with fine grade blocks (No. 120) thereafter final grinding with machine fitted with the finest grade grit blocks (No. 320) carried out the day after the first grinding completed. After the final polish, oxalic acid shall be dusted over the surface at the rates of thirty three (33) gms. per square metre sprinkled with water and rubbed hard with pad of wooden rags. The following day the floor shall be wiped with a moist rag and dried with a soft cloth and finished clean complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises including removal of debries out of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete vertified chequered tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 9 mm thick with grey cement and no pigment machine pressed, set joined and pointed in neat cement slurry in roofs including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Mud in roof any thickness including plastering and leeping (Whether full thickness removed or only a part therof) including removal outside defence land as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position and any description including cutting of reinforcement bars to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement (Demolition of concrete measured separately) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete rail ings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizon tal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide to give fair finished surfaces all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)

Material and labour for Formwork to sides and soffits of roof beams, lintels, cantilever, shelves, splay between floor and beam etc., flat fair finished concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for design mix M-25 using 20mm graded aggregate in roof slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, shelves etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape reqd, incl cranking bending spirally for hooping for col,hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips qty confirming to Fe-410W(Gde- E-250) or Fe-290(Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

-ditto- as per item No 7 here-in-before but 5mm dia & over upto and incl 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete walls, ceiling etc, including racking out joints , hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by EIC .

M&L for Rendering 12 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces incl WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surface and applying two coats of whitewash on plastered surface of ceiling, walls all specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick cement plaster in layer of (15+5mm) on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) in patches and repairs at columns, chajja, canopy,ceiling and soffits finished even and smooth without using extra cement using GI chiken wire mesh having dia( 0.71mm and mesh size of 12mm) upto 7 m height as directed including necessary scafolding arrangement as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not excceding 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) all as specified.

M&L PCC type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation,filling , mass concrete as sub base all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for dismatling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description as specified and directed by engineer in charge all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L Framed work such as grills, gratings , etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed gaurd bars;barred iron doors ;ladders; framed balusters;walk ways;railings; frameworks of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290.Gde-E-165 for portions framed and hung as gates , including hand made sliding bolts etc in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., fixing complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved design & pattern and colour as in footpath , parks , lawns,drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength , thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand , compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator,filling joints with sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern,finishing and sweeping extra sand including coping at sides of tiles from PCC1:2:4 all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone/saucer drain of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for dismatling of timber scantling 40 Sq cm and over in framed section as specified and directed by engineer in charge all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for dismatling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings as specified and directed by engineer in charge all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 grade St. 240 all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F mild steel bolts purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other , or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut exc. 30 cm long , having dia not exc 12mm all as specified and directed by EIC .

M&L MS plate(plain or chequred)channels,square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk)forming holes, without any attachment also fastening and fixing completeall as specified and directed by EIC.

Excavating in post holes( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m. getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 with using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed

M&L for two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer on new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described including prepration of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L, Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of Acrylic weather coat emulsion paint on newly plastered walls/ceiling/facias/ramp Surface etc in disruptive pattern having percentage of Six- colour as 29.04% of RGB Value (143, 152, 113), 22.48% of RGB Value (112,139,86), 14.98% of RGB value (123,137,126), 13.80% of RGB Value (84,97,75), 14.15% of RGB Value (123, 137, 94) and 5.55% of RGB Value (206,193,141) as per sample approved by AGE(I) for building of height upto 7.5 meter, over and including a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The rate quoted by contractor is demmed to include preparation of surfaces and necessary scaffolding for painting upto required height.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
