Taking down carefully any type of copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan, socket or power) complete including conduits/casing caping with fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendents,regulators, bells, sockets, tube light fittings etc, removing the materials/debris and making good the disturbed surface of walls & floors etc to match with the original existing finish complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down unserviceable any type of copper/aluminium sub main wiring of any type/size/core/ type complete including conduits/casing caping etc, removing the materials/debris and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors and ceilings etc to match with the original existing finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable any type of Main Switch, DB's including MCBs incl wooden/GI/MS sheet board etc and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc all as specified and as directed.

M & L for one point wiring with PVC insulated un-sheathed cable with stranded copper conductor FR-LS conforming to IS : 694 of size 1.5 Sq mm single core, including one No. 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated un-sheathed copper cable FR-LS as continuous earth wire drawn in and including PVC Casing & Caping double lock type of as required width (not less than 20 mm in width) ISI marked medium grade white colour requirement with all accessories of same grade fixed on wall/ceiling including terminated in to Cast iron/pressed steel terminal box of required size made out of 2mm thick MS sheet duly painted both sides or PVC box ISI marked with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw & cup washers for mounting switches, fan regulators etc for one light point controlled by one 5 Amp switch one way complete all as specified and as directed (1.5 Sqmm for phase and neutral and 1.5 Sqmm earthing) Note :-( Wiring shall be done by using colour coding (b) Earth wire shall be of green colour.

M & L for surface point wiring with PVC insulated un-sheathed cable with stranded copper conductor FR-LS conforming to IS : 694 of size 2.5 Sq mm single core, including one No. 2.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated un-sheathed copper cable FR-LS as continuous earth wire drawn in and including PVC Casing & Caping (double interlock type) of as required width (not less than 20 mm in width) ISI marked medium duty, white colour with all accessories of same grade, fixed on wall/ceiling including terminated in to Cast iron/pressed steel terminal box of required size made out of 2mm thick MS sheet duly painted both sides or PVC Box ISI marked with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw & cup washers for mounting switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 and 15 Amp flush type on the independent board complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a)cutting of wall and making good to the surface are also included in the unit rate quoted. (b) Wiring shall be done by using colour coding (c) Earth wire shall be of green colour.

M & L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 2.5 Sqm, FRLS Copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable as per IS 694-1990 (third revision) drawn through & including non- metallic rigid PVC concealed Conduit not less than 20 mm dia as per ground requirement with all accessories such as Tees, elbows, junction boxes etc, as required fixed on wall along with one run of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion etc complete all as directed. (Note :- Two runs of 2.5 Sqmm wire and one run of 2.5 Sqmm earth continuity and one run of PVC conduit shall be measred as one unit)

Supply and fix in replacement 1×18/22 watts 4' long,LED Battern housing with white diffuser and inbuilt electronic driver system lumen output should be at least 1800/ 2200 lumen with a CCT of 6000k,power factor should be greater than 0.95 with all accessories and connecting up with 3 core flexible cable white of size 23/0.0076 complete all as specified and directed. NOTE (i) contractor shall provide 2 year writern manufacture's warranty for the LED fixture complete including driver from the certified date of completion.

Supply anfd fixing in replacement square LED panel light fitting ceilling/recess mounting type with slim ,compact ,aluminium die cast edge lift panel completer with opal diffuser and electronic driver inbuilt of capacity 36 watt complete all as specified and directed . NOTE (i) contractor shall provide 2 year writern manufacture's warranty for the LED fixture complete including driver from the certified date of completion.

Supply and fix in replacement energy efficient surface Mounted LED Luminire 10 watts 2' long, with acrylic cover complete with all accessories incl necessary two core copper wire for connection from ceiling rose to connector of approx length 0.5 mtr all as directed.

Renewal of Earthing complete with galvanized street earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.50 mtr. below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified and testing on completion including the material and labour for :- (a) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 TYPE B-1 (.c) CI cover with suitable handle (d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20mm nominal bore medium grade and Aluminum lugs etc all as specified. (e) 15mm nominal bore light grade GI protection pipe up to 7.50 meter long for protection of earthing lead. (f) Requisite quantity of charcoal and common salt (g) Connection to earthing test point and testing on completion.
