Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L one coat of exterior emulsion paint ( Apex or weather coat) , white or tinted on old surfaces of walls or facia of roof or chajjas including prepration of old surfaces and washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

M&L two coats of exterior emulsion paint ( Apex) , white or tinted over a coat of exterior primer on new surfaces of walls or facia of roof or chajjas including necessary preparation and washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

S&F PVC(SWR) pipe 110 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall with and including stack and clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick works masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Chromium plated fancy type Stop valves / angle valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down for 15 mm bore dia. pipe, high pressure, with crutch handle , screwed externally both ends for iron pipes or for unions etc. and fixed complete all as specified

S&F Gunmetal , globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for 25 mm bore dia. iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified.

M&L machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10mm thickcement screed in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to give granite finish complete all as specified.( Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate including finished surface even & fair without using extra cement as in plinth protection including necessary form work of edge all as specified and directed. Note: 10mm wide and 75mm deep joints shall be made at 3 mtr intervel and at each corner and the same shall be filled with using bitumen 85/25 and sand in the ratio 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded red coloured pre- polished machine pressed cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment of size (30cm x 30 cm) x 30mm thick with and including over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying of 32mm bore CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified

M&L 20 mm thick granite stone slab ( of any type) work , bedded over screed bed and jointed in cement mortar to match the colour of slab as in flooring , polishing and grinding , laid over 15mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

M&L 20 mm thick Granite ( of any type) work ( table rubbed and polished) in skirting / dado , jambs, pillars,etc and like including polishing and grinding complete, set in cement mortar ( 1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premices complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles as in vertical surfaces of size (350x250)mm x7mm /(450x350) x7mm thick with and including over10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4); set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm as in floor etc, with and including over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified.

M&L Reinforced Cement concrete in cement concrete mix 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns , in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified.

Use and waste of Form work to flat soffits of suspended slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick ( Horizontal or sloping) surfaces finished fair in forms complete all as specified.

Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, opening in concrete walls, floor and roofs excd 10 cm and n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls , horizontal or sloping and similar work complete all as specified surfaces finished fair in forms complete all as specified.

M&L Mild steel deformed or twisted bars ( TMT) 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified.

M&L for providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified polymeric membrane comprising of followings :- (i). Complete removal of existing roof treatment by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc from plastered / roof surface / walls and filling the crackes with sealing compound grade 'A' . (ii) Rendering / screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortor (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface fair and even. (iii) Applying evenly a coat of bitumen based primer conforming to IS-3384-1965 @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm. (iv) Applying 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane with non polyster reinforcement of approved make, weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm laid with gas torch and fastedon roof surface with roller. The over laps 100mm and shall be sealed by torch application as per manufacture instructions including vertical surfaces after cutting necessary grooving and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B-O with sika latex power as per manufacture instructions. (v) Applying two coats of bituminous anticorrosive multi purpose aluminium coating (super silver shield) @ 150 gm/sqm per coat over polymeric membrene. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair Vitreous China white wash down water closet ( padestal pattern) , plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with recessed bottom and cover and mild steel CP hinging device, including fixing bolts but excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators ,sockets etc. and removing ( Except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified.

M&L for point wiring complete with PVC insulated and unsheathed cable FRLS 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable conforming to IS:694, two single core drawn thorugh and including 20mm dia PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked in concealed in wall 1.60 mm thick pressed steel concealed terminal boxes and with top cover 3 mm thick ISI marked plastic laminated hylum sheet fixed with brass screws and cup washers painting terminal boxes inside and out side with one coat red oxide primer compete with all accessories and all as specified including one run FRLS1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly including colour coding of cable as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) & making good disturbed area of wall with cement work & white wash etc to match with the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed for the following:-

Disconnecting and Taking down carefully tube light fittings from existing position and cleaning the same properly and reaasembling and refixing the same after completion of repair work / painting work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 35 sq. mm 3 ½ core nominal cross section including testing complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation, pier holes, laying of cable etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
