M&L Providing insulation on and around suction and discharge copper tube of size 3/8"/ 5/8" with 6mm thick flexible thermocol heat resistance duly wrapped with sticking tape and finally covered with flexible PVC conduit of 50mm bore complete including taking down existing damaged one all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Blower fan motor 3 phase 750 W suitable for AC plant 1 x 12 TR capacity at OTF/AVRO of existing make/ brand of defective components or any reputed suitable approved make complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair AHU Blower motor with blower set of existing make suitable for 3X16.5 TR precision type AC plant at Transmitter/ Opera-I complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable scroll type compressor including supply and fixing of scroll type compressor of capacity 7.5 TR of Make Emerson Climate Technologies or equivalent approved make for AC plant at location : TRCL

Taking down old unserviceable scroll type compressor including supply and fixing of scroll type compressor of capacity 4 TR of Make Emerson Climate Technologies or equivalent approved make for AC plant at location : AVRO/OTF/OPERA-II/EW Block/IFCS

Taking down old unserviceable scroll type compressor including supply and fixing of scroll type compressor of capacity 12 TR of Make Emerson Climate Technologies or equivalent approved make for AC plant at location : Rotable Bldg

Note for Item No 5 to 7:- (a) Compressor shall be purchased from manufacturer/ authorised dealer of the manufacturer.

(b) Compressor shall be in sealed condition and shall bear warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Dismantling existing damaged ducts and Supply, assembly and erection of 24 gauge GI sheet with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, hanging rod, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation suitable for 40 mm as specified and including the following:- .

(a) Cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage

(b) Applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound.

(c) Sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof.

(d) Securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/ steel straps of size 12 mm/50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr.

S&F in replacement of grills/diffusers of size 630X630 mm for supply air duct made out of CRCA sheet 1.2mm thick, with perforation duly powder coated etc adjustable type(with flow regulating arrangement) all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Galvanised steel, volume control damper/parallel Blade Dampers for rough air system balance with closer control at the individual grills or diffusers for supply air complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of chiller pump 5HP 3 phase 415 Volt of Make:M/s Kirloskar including replacement of unserviceable bearing bush with testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair microprocessor Controller suitable for 10/12/13/15/45 TR AC plant complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable CTV Coil incoming 230Volt outgoing 12V/24V of existing make/ brand of defective components or any reputed suitable approved make as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of contactor 3 Phase, 32 A, 415 Volt suitable for AC plant of capacity 1 x 15 TR at CRRW / SES complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable outdoor condenser coil from existing unit and Supply and fix new outdoor condenser coil of same Model suitable for the AC plant 1 x 8.75 TR at T-51 (Avonics Lab)complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair condenser fan motor of outdoor unit of AC plant 1 x 12 TR capacity at Opera-II complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair condenser fan motor of outdoor unit of AC plant 1 x 13 TR capacity at EW Block complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair condenser fan motor of outdoor unit of AC plant 1 x 10 TR capacity at SES Block complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair condenser fan motor of outdoor unit of AC plant 1 x 5 TR capacity at LOX complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Refrigerant gas R – 22 as and when required for AC plants of following capacity complete all as specified and as directed:-

(a) 3 × 30 TR Rubber store of make Voltas

(b) 2 x 7.5 TR for TRCL of make Voltas

Supply and fix in repairs of contactor 3 Phase 415 Volt suitable for AC plant of capacity 3 x 16.5 TR at Opera-I complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F water pressure cut out 230 volt including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Blower fan motor suitable for AC plant 1 x 8.75 TR at T-51 of existing make/ brand or any reputed suitable approved make as directed.

S&F in repair strainer of package type AC plant of capacity 1 x 12TR with ISI mark complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L taking down AHU fan motor of capacity 10HP from location for servicing including replacement of bearing,bush and rewinding and refixing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of contactor 3 Phase, 32 A, 415 Volt suitable for AC plant of capacity 1 x 12 TR at AVRO. Opera-II & EW Block complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Oil pressure cut out of existing make/ brand of defective components or any reputed suitable approved make as directed.

M&L for Compressor Oil freeze -90LTR complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair condenser fan motor of outdoor unit of AC plant 1 x 15 TR capacity at CRRW/ SEW of existing make/ brand or any reputed suitable approved make as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of contactor 3 Phase 415 Volt suitable for AC plant of capacity 3X45TR at Rotable Div and 2 x 7.5 TR at TRCL complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Big end Bearing of compressor of Model : 5H - 40 Voltas make for 3 × 30 TR plant complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Small end Bearing of compressor of Model : 5H - 40 Voltas make for 3 × 30 TR plant complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair unserviceable outdoor condensor fan motor of capacity single phase 0.5HP, 900 Rpm,suitable for AC plant at TRCL complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of Oil pump assembly with gear of compressor of make Voltas for capacity 3 × 30 TR Rubber store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Piston with rings (Oil ring / pressure ring) of compressor of Model : 5H - 40 voltas make for 3 × 30 TR plant complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair condenser fan motor of outdoor unit of AC plant 3 x 16.5 TR capacity at transmitter complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair condenser fan motor of outdoor unit of AC plant 2 x 7.5 TR capacity at TRCL complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Refrigerant gas R – 407 C as and when required for AC plants of following capacity complete all as specified and as directed:-

M & L for periodical servicing of Air handling unit of capacity 3800 CFM including cleaning of air filters and calibration of air pressure gauges, temperature gauges etc installed near AC plant room FMS, LCA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for periodical servicing of Air handling unit of capacity 11000 CFM including cleaning of air filters and calibration of air pressure gauges, temperature gauges etc installed near fire stair case FMS, LCA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for periodical servicing of Air handling unit of capacity 6600 CFM including cleaning of air filters and calibration of air pressure gauges, temperature gauges etc installed near cubicles FMS, LCA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for periodical servicing of Air handling unit of capacity 5500 CFM including cleaning of air filters and calibration of air pressure gauges, temperature gauges etc installed on roof top-2 Nos, FMS, LCA complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No 62 to 65 :- (a) Servicing of Air handling unit shall be carried out through the Authorised service agency only as per instructions recommended by the original manufacturer.

(b) The authorised service agency must be attended as and when called for urgent nature of repair of the equipments.

(c) Any minor items to be replaced is included in the item quoted rate.

(d) The contractor shall provide visit/inspection of service engineer of authorised dealer for servicing of the eqpt in each quarter i.e on quarterly basis and on phone call for attending emergency brake downs during the entire contract period.

Supply and fix in repair AHU Blower motor with blower set of as per existing/ suitable approved make for the 1 x 15 TR precision type AC plant all as specified and as directed.

M & L in repairs contactor 4 pole 63 Amps all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs MCCB 63 Amps, 16 KA, 4 pole, 415Volts including connection using suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs MCCB 100 Amps, 25 KA, 4 pole, 415Volts including connection using suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs MCCB 125 Amps, 25 KA, 4 pole, 415Volts including connection using suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep in hard/dense soil and getting out for taking down/laying of pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, refilling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50m distance and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Riddling Sand obtained from excavation for cable protection 8cm under the cable and 15cm above the cable in trench and get the thick layer of 18cm after ramming complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No 80 :- The rate is deemed to be inclusive for supply of riddle sand from outside MD land as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, In case of sufficient sand not obtained from excavation.

M&L Fly ash bricks using modular bricks as in cable protection cover including taking down existing bricks of any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L XLPE insulated,screened, PVC Bedded, galvanised steel strip of wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 1100Volts grade cross sectional area 35 sq mm 3.5 core laid in trenches /ducts/fixed to wall/pole/ inside panel/ drawn through pipe including cable glands and terminal sockets etc including taking down existing cable all as specified and directed.

M&L XLPE insulated,screened, PVC Bedded, galvanised steel strip of wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 1100Volts grade cross sectional area 50 sq mm 3.5 core laid in trenches /ducts/fixed to wall/pole/ inside panel/ drawn through pipe including cable glands and terminal sockets etc including taking down existing cable all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No 83 to 86 :- Necessary excavation and earth work, sand cushioning & bricks for protection shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L in repairs Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor stright through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 70 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. .

M & L for carrying out pressure leak test of Package type AC plants of capacity 5/10/12/15/16.5/30 TR whenever required by nitrogen gas pressure for detecting leakage in cooling/condensing unit refrigerant pipe and repairing the leakage by welding or brazing of condensing/ cooling unit, refrigerant pipe and putting under pressure for leakage checking after repair of leaking pipe flushing out by N2 and CTC/ vaccumination complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Item No 89 :- Supply & charging of refrigerant gas R-22/R-407C shall be measured and paid separately
