Taking down carefully existing ceiling fans of any size from its position, removing the blades from fan, opening the fan motor, removing the burnt grease, applying new bearing grease, removing of defective parts such as ball bearing, bushes , burnt winding, shaft, split pin, condenser etc reassembling after winding and replacing defective parts with new parts including provision of 3 core 1.50 Sqmm) flexible copper cable from ceiling rose to connector , refixing of removed blades and hanging in its original position properly including necessary testing after hanging complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Quoted rate shall be inclusive for grease,bushes,shaft,split pin etc (b)Winding of ceiling fan and spare parts such as ball bearing,capacitor etc required to making the ceiling fan serviceable shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items here in after.

Taking down carefully existing exhaust fan/wall mounted/pedestal fan /Air circulator of any size from its position removing the louvers and blade, opening the fan motor, removing the burnt grease, applying new bearing grease, removing defective parts such as ball bearing, bush , burnt winding, shaft, split pin, condenser etc and reassembling after winding and replacing defective parts with new parts including provision of 3 core 1.50 Sqmm flexible copper cable from ceiling rose to connector , refixing of removed blades ,louvers etc and fixing in its original position properly including necessary fixing bolts,nuts etc as required and testing after fixing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Quoted rate shall be inclusive for gease,bushes,shaft,split pin etc (b)Winding of exhaust/wall mounted/pedestal fan/Air circulator and spare parts such as ball bearing,capacitor etc required to making the exhaust /wall mounted/pedestal fan serviceable shall be measured and paid separatly under relevant items here in after.

Material and labour for rewinding of following fan motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge and weight as per existing and weight including cleaning of rotor, stator , varnishing, heating and provision of fresh insulating materials for the following size of ceiling / exhaust /pedestal /wall mounted fan all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning and preparing the surfaces of ceiling fan of any sweep , removing the grease, carbon dust over the fans ,filling cavities with filler and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by spraying including writing MES number on the fan complete as in situ all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective storage water heater (Geyser) of any type and make upto 50 litres capacity from buildings by disconnecting carefully water and electric connection, opening the bottom cover descaling the inner container , heating element,base assembly using diluted hydrochloric acid cleaning thoroughly, filling the inner container with water for leakages testing if any leakage found, arrest the leakage by proper bracing and replacing the defective parts, fixing the bottom cover and refixing in its original position, reconnecting both water and electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed Notes :- Spares required for replacement shall be measured and paid for separatley under relevant items.

Supply only new heating element of capactity 2.0KW with rubber gasket thread/push type 230v complete all as specified and directed.Make:Bajaj/Usha/Racold

Supply only thermostat suitable for geysers of 25 to 50 litres storage capacity water heater and range 30 to 80 degree centigrade and cut off at 70 degree centigrade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC connection pipe 15mm dia 450mm long heavy duty suitable for hot / cold water with two brass union and washer complete all as specified.

Material and labour for servicing the solar water heater of any make/ type/ capacity and cleaning/ descaling of solar collecting panel of copper pins/ tubes including replacing the sacrificial anode rod and panel tuffen glass 4mm thick of size 2m x 1m all as specified and directed

Matrerial and labour for GI tubes 40mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed on wall/ceiling for hanging of ceiling fans including taking down the existing pipe complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix ceiling fan down rod fabricated out of 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade including cutting/ threading/ drilling etc. and provision of check nut ,split pin , 'U' clamp bolts, nuts, washers, rubber split pin etc as required for ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep including taking down existing downrod with acessories complete all as specified.

Supply and fix ceiling fan hook made out of mild steel flat iron of size 40mm x6 mm thick bend to shape as required for hanging ceiling fans including taking down existing fan hook complete all as specified.

Material and labour for submain wiring with two runs of 4.0Sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor and one run of 4.0 Sqmm of PVC FRLS copper cable as earth continuity conductor drawn through in existing surface/recessed steel/pvc conduit with accessories on surface of wall/ceilings all as specified including taking out the existing submain wiring and making good the disturbed portion to match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

All as per Item No 22 here-in-before but with two runs of 6.0 Sqmm submain wire and 1x 6.0 sqmm as earth continuity conductor.

All as per Item No 22 here-in-before but with two runs of 10.0 Sqmm submain wire and 1x 10.0 sqmm as earth continuity conductor.Note for Sl item No 22 to 24 :- Two runs of 10/6/4 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor and one run of earth continuity conductor shall be measured as one unit length

Supply and fix in repair MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps ‘B’ Series MCB, 10 KA , 240V

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to earth lead of 4mm dia GI wire means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work , PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50mm thick with 8mm TMT bar 140mm centre to centre with suitable handle, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade pipe with funnel, charcoal ,salt connected to earthing test point including necessary testing and commissioning on completion complete all as specified and directed and taking out existing unserviceable earthing.
