CIVIL INTERIOR WORKS

REMOVING PARTITION WORK: Labour charges only for carefully removing and taking out existing wooden partitions (partly glazed, partly panneled or fully panneled with shutters glazing etc. at all floor level s and locations including removing the existing mongery fittings fixtures locking arrangement and handling over the servicable items complete working at all heights & level all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

AAC BLOCK MASONRY/100/150/200 thk : Block masonry at all floor levels using siporex blocks of following thickness in cement mortar 1:4 including scaffolding raking out joints curing etc complete and with stiffness of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 75mm thick at every 1 meter ht. including raking of joints formwork, curing etc. complete as per specified and including nominal reinforcement and as directed by engineer-in-charge in true line and level and plumb etc. all as directed by engineer-incharge. (disposing/taking away the debris outside the premises & disposing as per the guidelines of statutory authorised)

CEMENT PLASTERING: Cement Plastering of min 12mm thick for internal wall and ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 finished smooth with neeru over brick walls of concrete surfaces including hacking the concrete surfaces at all floors and levels in quantities as required at site including scaffolding curing, etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

METAL FALSE CEILING: Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner (to match exiting grid false ceiling installed at building) with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The type / grid pattern shall match the exisitng false ceiling with perforated or non-perforated tiles of GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending. complete as directed and instructed.

CEMENT BAORD FASLE CEILING:Providing & fixing min 12 mm thick high density cemetacious board in false ceiling with GI support in drops and horizantal strips along wall with making good joints with fiber mesh and filling material as per manufacturers specification laid to ture line and level, incliding labour, wastage, scafolding etc complete as instructed and directed by E-I-C.

WALL PUTTY: Providing and Applying and Levelling the existing surface with Birla White Cement based / Coloured waterproof Putti of average thickness of 1 mm or 2 mm of approved thickness, brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth ready for painting purpose etc complete ( Rate inclusive of Scaffolding Matetrial, Labour Charges) Etc.

LUSTER PAINT Providing and doing Luster finish paint to wall and ceiling with coat of primer, filling the joints with putty, scappring, finishing applying 2 or more coat of luster paint with two or more coats of primer as per manufacturer's specification on wall untill to get finish complete as directed and instructed by E-I-C.

GRANITE: Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished premoulded and prepolished) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

CUDDAPAH Providing & laying 20-35mm thick cuddaph stone slabs in platforms/sinks with all exposed edges machine cut double machine polished in true plane and level with matching cement paste curing finishing the joints neat etc. complete including making grooves in walls for fixing and making good the surfaces.

WOODEN CABINET Providing & fixing fully laminated cabinet made up of 19 mm. Commercial ply of approved make for top, bottom, sides & shelves & 1 8mm commercial ply approved make for back side Door shutter made up of 19mm thick commercial ply and outer surfaces and top of shelves for open type cabine should be laminated with 1.5mm thick approved plastic laminate sheet of required colour including all brass fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, ball catches, stopper, handle, kNosbs as per shown in drawing or approved by Engineer-In-Charge etc.and all exposed edges lipping with 6mm Thick T.W. lipping patti.locking arrangement with heavy duty multipurpose lock etc. all complete as specified & directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

WOODEN CONFERENCE TABLE : Providign & fising in position desinger, customised wooden conference table with designer support system made out of 18mm thick commercial playwood for support in box type, top with doble edge . Half round teakwood melmanised wooden beeding, top to finish with approved shade / design laminate complete as directed and instructed all inclusive labout, wastage etc as directed & instructed.

ALUMINIUM LOUVERED SHUTTER Providing fixing door frame & shutter side hung to consist fully louvered as required using extruded alumimium section for shutter frame heavy duty min 50x30mm section satin finish anosdized including P/F push-pull plates handles & of approved make & heavy duty fittings like tower bolts, lock with keys hinges of 5 inch or 6 inch as per requirement of suitable capacity etc. complete as specified and directed.

WOODEN PARTITIONProviding making erecting partitions (partly glazed partly panneled or fully panneled) to required ht. With teak wood frame of 50mmx50mm in 600mm sq. panel or as required at site the wooden panneling with 6mm commercial plywood of approved make and quality on both sides of partition with 6mm groove. The glazed portion teak wood 30mmx12mm bedding on both sides to the required shape skirting at bottom on both the sides to required shape and skirting at bottom on both sides with 125mm x 12mm teak wood and top patti with 125 x 20mm T.W.to required flap/or as filler between the wall/ceiling/flooring and partition. The glazed portion of the partition. The glazed portion of the partition shall have approved make/quality –plain/frosted/bazri 4mm thick glass. Above partition shall be provided with partly glazed partly pannelled 35mm thick Hollow core door of required size or as required with necessary teak wood door frame 75mmx50m m and the shutter shall be hinged or sliding and the glazed portion with 4mm plain or frosted glass sheet, beeding alround the shutters, locks, tower bolts, mortice lock with handle suitable size Nos. 2 door closer of everite make and any other fittings & fixtures required all as specified and directed.

LAMINATE 1.0 MM THKC: Providing & fixing approved laminate of requiredcolour over existing surfaces along with the adhesive all as required specification design etc. complete as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

ROLLER BLINDS: Providing & fixing Roller blinds (Premium quality) of approved make with heavy duty roller brackets & necessary fixtures. Warranty for roller mechanism & others accessaries shall be for One year from date of installation. [AS PER SAMPLE AVAILABLE AT SITE] [Payment will be made on actual Mesurement basis. Windows mesurement to be taken before installation of roller blinds for achieving one piece work. ]

WALL PAPER: Providign & fixing in postion over exsiting surface including finishing the undulation if required of approved design & pattern of premoum quality wall paper on wall / ceiling etc complete all inclusive of labour, scafolding, wastage, adhesive etc complete as directed and instructed.

PVC FLOORING-3MM THICK : Providing & laying poly vinyl chloride (PVC) rolls flooring manufactured of approved make and approved pattern for flooring, skirting/dado laid on existing cement tile or concrete of plastered floor finish with suitable adhesive inclding self levelling epoxy adhesive as per manufacturers specifications close jointed and finished to proper bends, slopes and plumbs as directed etc. complete generally as per manufacturer’s specifications.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of DX air cooled air conditioning units non-Inverter type as described in specifications. The unit shall be complete with decorative type Indoor coil unit and external condensing unit, complete in all respects, inclusive of complete working charge of HFC-410a/ R-32 or any eco friendly gas and oil, copper refrigerant piping, GI condensate drain piping, valves and insulation quoted price shall include cost of cooling thermostat and earthing. the price including of stand of Indoor units & out door units, Refrigerant charging, top up and anti-corrosion epoxy resin coating on ODU units etc. Note:- No additional cost for the outdoor unit stand. The price should be include the same as require.The unit capacities shall be as follows:

Supplying, Fixing,testing and commissioning of fusible link type fire dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes . The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire complete as required and as per specifications.

Supply & fixing of Fire retardant synthetic canvass connection with a provision to measure the canvass temperature at the mouth of package units & plenum with all fixing arrangement, nut bolts, hardware’s etc. as instructed and as directed by EIC for above package units.

Dismantle and re-installtion of fire sprinkler system as per final layout. Design for the same is in the scope of contractor.

Dismatling of existing ducting , grill, dampers, vav box and accessories etc as per instructed and as directed by OIC-ES
