Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick or stone wall/concrete surfaces on walls ,ceiling etc including raking out joints ,hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed Note: WPC will be measured and paid saperately

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:3) on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound.

M&L for preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats distemper oil- emulsion , white or tinted over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of ceilings & applying two coats of White Wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces with smart painting tools complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed

M & L for applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed
