Construction of Block-B Left (G+2 Storey) in RCC Frame Structure as per Architect drawings & Specifications
Excavation in Soil (any type) using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, including all lifts and combined lead upto 30m.

Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked un-insulated metal fire rated doorset assembly for all non egress application areas like shafts etc. consisting galvanized iron steel frame and single leaf shutter including necessary hardware accessories conforming to FD 120 UD classification of IS 3614 :2021 with fire rating of 120 minutes integrity. The door frame and shutter shall be made out of minimum 1.20 mm thick Gl Sheet with minimum 120 GSM Zinc coating as per IS: 277. The entire fire rated doorset assembly shall be tested in unlatched condition as per IS 17518 (Part-1): 2022 Frame: The frame shall be of minimum size 90 x 60 mm with grooved profile to take appropriate fire rated smoke seal, having mitred cut joints (self tab/screwed assembled at site) and provided with appropriate reinforcement suitable for taking hardware and flush fixing as per IS: 4351. The smoke seal material shall be of EPDM tested in accordance with ASTM E- 84 of minimum size 10×4 mm, fixed within the inbuilt groove or stuck with adhesive on the entire perimeter of the frame. The door frame shall be fixed in all four sides to masonry wall opening with CSK/Hex headed fasteners of minimum 8 mm dia size and minimum 80 mm long with 8mm dia polyamide sleeves @ 4 number at each on vertical sides (up to 2100 mm height) and 2 numbers each on top and bottom sides. Door shutter: The double skin single leaf door shutter shall be consisting of minimum 46 mm thick and having box like structure, slots cut and holes punched, for fixing of hardwares with stiffeners as per IS: 16074 including Resin bonded honey comb paper core infill material of density 5 kg/cum. Installation: The hollow space in the door frame shall be filled / injected with fire rated self extinguishing type polyurethane foam (PUF) after installation at site of work. The rate shall be inclusive of complete fire rated door assembly, supply and installation by the approved manufacturer.

The door shutters shall be mounted on the frame with SS 304 grade ball bearing butt hinges as per EN 1935: 2002 or butt hinges as per IS 12817 both, of minimum size 100x75x3 mm @ 5 numbers hinges per door leaf upto 2400 mm height or as per test evidence, which ever is more, fixed with M6 25 screws. LT PANELS & MCCB's (MOULDED CASE CIRCUIT BREAKERS): Designing, Supply, Erection, Testing & commissioning of indoor Type LT cubical panel enclosure (dust, vermin and interchangeable modules with facilites for extensions or reduction as per the space or requirments). The Panel shall be suitable for operation at 415+6% Volts, 50HZ, 3 phase 4 wire & earth system. The assembly manufacturer should be ISO approved and CPRI tested for short circuit of (minimum 50kA) as well as IP degree of protection (IP 54/55). Fabrication: Panel shall be made from 14/16 SWG CRCA sheet, conforming to IS 8623/1977-82. The sheet metal used for the fabrication of control panel will be 2mm for load bearing member’s door and fittings plates etc. the partitions and other non load bearing members will be fabricated out of 1.6mm sheet, the sheet will be of mild steel CRCA type. The base channel will be made out of 75 x 40 x 5mm rolled channel. The door should be double folded without edge and the gasket should be ‘S’ type puffed neutral rubber gasket for long life. The hinges of the door should be bolted type with double hole arrangement. The panel door lock should be quick openable type spring loaded. There should not be any special tool or key to open the lock. Minimum depth 400mm / wide 300 mm for busbar/ Cable ally at the front of the panel. The panel will be free standing floor mounting type having provision for cable entry from bottom/top with cable glands etc. The fabrication should be such that all the member i.e. vertical/horizontal should be detachable type i.e. total bolted. In case of any changes required at site. it should be possible then and their self without any cutting or welding. The fabrication of the panel in 3B construction fully compartmentalized type i.e. bus bar chamber as well as the cable chamber should be totally isolated from the feeder chamber. Where there crossing of the wire or bus links. It should have proper rubber gourmets or non-hygroscopic material. No live part should be in visible condition. Painting: The sheet metal is sprayed with corrosion resistant etch Primer. The finishing treatment shall be applicable with air drying paint (7/9 tank Powder coated process should present in company pemises) after necessary putty work .

Providing Campus & Flood Lighting:
3-STEPPED STEEL TUBULAR POLE (WITH PRE-CAST FOUNDATION): Supply and erection of 3-Stepped steel tubular swaged and welded pole (410-SP-Mpa) of suitable length confirming to IS: 2713- (PART-II)-1980 (Steel tubes confirming to IS: 1161-1979, UTS 42 kgf/ Sq.mm) to fix on precast RCC column of suitable dimensions. The bottom section shall have openable slot with exterior surface door & shall have suitable locking arrangement for housing three phase 4wire cable connection, bakelite sheet, MCB, loop in and out arrangement for incoming/ outgoing cables. There shall be suitable arrangement for earthing. Rigid Base plate of suitable size and thickness shall be welded inside and outside at the bottom of pole with provision for fixing 4 foundation bolts. The steel tubular pole shall be bolted on a pre- cast foundation with a set of four foundation bolts for greater rigidity. Supply and erection of G.I. Pipe 50mm dia.
