M & L for 35 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) completed all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and ply wood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47mm made out of 5 mm thick wood grain printed prelaminated PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.25 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding,steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws,clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Steel rolling shutters with thickness of lathe 1.25 mm, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated push pull or manual type completee all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing existing main steel doors hangers by cleaning/oiling/ greasing bearing wheels of top and bottom of gate including cleaning rails of shutter movement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- contractor have to make its own arrangement of prop to reach the top of hanger gate by any means and for inspection purpose)

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated surface of wooden /wooden based materials of any description over 10 cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as speceified and directed.
