M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan including demolition exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work/ concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished fair & even with out using extra cement

M&L for joint free glazed coloured GLOSSY tiles, superior quality of size 300 x 450 x 7mm thick/300 x 600 x 7mm thick, in vertical surfaces etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer of roofs including mud pushaka etc roughening surfaces of old concrete by picking, sweeping/Brushing clean and washing down with water to remove dust and complete all as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs/padding /benching or mud stops, and platform for mounting service tanks, rounded,chamfered on edges including applying neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre necessary use and waste of from work etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof surfaces and applying roof treatment as under :- Providing and applying fibre reinforced liquid applied elastomeric membrane made of PU PolyUrethane over epoxy based primer 16D (consumption 0.20-0.25 kg/sqm) and let dry for 4-6 hrs. Furthur apply two coats of water proofing treatment fibre reinforced liquid applied elastomeric membrane made of PU Polyurethane in a gap of 4-6 hrs. The applied material should have specific gravity of 1.25 g/cc with minimum recommended coverage of 2.3-2.5 kg/sqm in 2-3 cats to build DFT of 1.5 mm the cured membrane shall exhibit - 1. Tensile Strength ASTM D412 : 1.4 - 2.5 Mpa. 2. Elongation ASTM D412 : 400-500% 3. Adhesion Strength :>2N/Sqm as per ASTM D4541. 4. Crack Bridging Ability : >3-4 mm as per AS/NZS 4548: 5:1999 5. Water Permeability : NIL as per DIN 1048. 6. Separation layer of geo-textile membrane 100-200 gsm with overlaps of 50 mm in both directions over the 1st coat when the surface is still tacky. Note : (a) The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps & portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted rates. The work for Roof treatment shall include the following and rates quoted by bidder shall include same. (b) The work pertaining to roof treatment shall be executed by the contractor as per MOU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like PU primer etc after approval by the GE. (c) Contractor shall submit MOU on Non-Judicial Stamp paper of Rs. 100/- between one manufacturer of Water Proofing Paints (One of the make list of tender) and their authorized Applicator and bidder (Contractor) within 10 days of work order date for approval of Garrison Engineer. The format of same is mentioned in tender documents.
