Carrying out day to day operation of 500 KLD sewage treatment plant and water softening plant as per inventory including recording of parameters, cleaning of all machineries, recording of log book etc. and as per scope mentioned in this tender document by deploying following manpower as per terms & conditions and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 1) Operators – 3 nos. (round the clock one each in one shift of 8 hrs) 2) Helpers – 1 nos. (In general shift)

Preventive routine and curative maintenance of 500 KLD sewage treatment plant including all machineries, Pump, Panels, Cables, Pipes, Valves filters, softeners & instruments etc. as per inventory including supplying of all required consumable items, spare parts alongwith repair/replacement of defective parts except for replacement/ repair provided in item no 2, 3, 4 & 5 below for successful running of sewage plant complete including removal of solid material (waste) from filter press area to the designated place as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge and minimum two visits per month of STP technician/supervisor on the plant complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Rewinding of motor with same or better material all complete including testing & commissioning including taking away the dismenteled material or scrap and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Air blower 20 HP (3 Phase ABB Make)

Rewinding of motor with same or better material all complete including testing & commissioning including taking away the dismenteled material or scrap and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Filter feed pump 7.5 HP (3 Phase Kriloskar Make)

Replacement of activated carbon in activated carbon filter vessel including removal of existing activated carbon from vessel and fillng the new activated carbon (900 iodine coconut shell), opening of vessel, removal of broken/clogged stainers, unloading old media, gasket, loading new media, closing of vessel with testing and commissioning all complete as required.

Replacement of multigrade media in multi grade filter vessel including removal of media and filling with new multigrade media comprising of gravel, pebbles, graded silica sand to remove suspended solids, opening of vessel, removal of broken/clogged stainers, unloading of media, loading of new media closing of vessel with testing & commissioning all complete as required.

Replacement of mechanical seal with nut bolt etc. with same or better quality all complete including testing & commissioning including taking away the dismentled material or scrap and or a s per direction of Engineer-in-Charge GRUNDFOS-HYDRO PNEUMETIC PUMP (3KW)
