Supply of Cold Applied Self Adhesive Polymer Modified Bituminous Composite Membrane with aluminium Foil at the Top

If the supply and quality performance are not satisfactory in respect of previous/past supplies, the offers of such firms will dis-qualified

All ASRTU Rate Contract firms with minimum average annual turnover of Rs.5.00 Crores for preceding continuous three years are eligible to participate. OR Manufacturers, with a Minimum Annual Average Turnover of Rs. 5.00 Crores for the preceding continuous three years i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 are eligible to participate, duly supported by the Audited Statement of Accounts i.e., Manufacturing/Trading and Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheets for all the three years. OR In respect of Micro and Small Enterprises (rule as per GoK Order No.FD908 Exp-12/2019 dtd:21.07.2020), the turnover criteria are as under:- Micro and small scale industries manufacturers with minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 5.00 Crores (It will be 50% of the estimated cost of the quantity ) during the preceding last two years (As per GoK order No. FD 908 Exp-12/2019 Bengaluru dated: 21.07.2020)

The audited statement of account, i.e. Manufacturing / Trading and Profit & Loss Account, Balanca Sheets for all the three years (in the case wherever the turnover is part of Prequalification criteria).

In addition to the audited statement of Accounts, the tenderer should submit Annual GST return acknowledged by the concerned Tax Authority along with the pre-qualification offer for all the three years. (in the case wherever the turnover is part of Pre-qualification criteria).

The Tenderer should enclose a Verification Certificate from the Chartered Accountant stating that, the turnover details furnished in the audited statement of accounts have been verified by him and that are found correct. Failure to comply with this condition, the offer will be disqualified. (in the case wherever the turnover is part of Pre-qualification criteria)

The Bidder should submit the sample of (1mx20mx1.5mm) thickness Self Adhesive Polymer Modified Bituminous Composite Membrane with Aluminum Foil at the Top and demonstrate the method of application in one of the buses of the Corporation on free of cost basis

Any bidder from a country which shares a land border with India will be eligible to bid in the tender only if the bidder is registered with the Competent Authority (as detailed at Annexure-B2). In this regard, a compliance certificate/ declaration to be submitted by the bidder on Rs. 20/- & above stamp Paper as per the format at Declaration-III (regarding restrictions on public procurements from bidders of such country/ countries which shares a Land Border with India.)

The bidder should undertake to supply the ordered quantity as per the delivery schedule provided

The Tender must fulfill all the statutory requirements

Tenderer who have been blacklisted by any of the Government Organization/ Public Sector undertaking for breach of contract shall not be considered
