Following works are to be carryout at for the work of Installation of 20 MVA 132/11 kV Transformer in replacement Of Old & used 20 MVA 132/11kV Transformer along with other associated works at 132 kV Sub-Station Narayanpur Under ETD-III, Sahupuri including all cost of men, misc. consumables, T&P etc. to complete the job satisfactorily as per direction of supervising Engineer

Dismantling of Old & used 132/11 kV 20 MVA T/F I&II at 132kV Substation Narayanpur

Complete Dismantling of all accessories of Old & used 20 MVA 132/11kV Transformer including opening of all jumpers, removal of earthing, opening of cable connections, draining out the T/F oil upto required level (in 209 liter capacity drums), removal of all radiators, conservator tank, oil pipe lines, all bushing, turretes, marshaling box RTCC panel etc. blanking the radiators pipe lines, conservator tank, with proper gaskets along with nuts & bolts to complete the jobs satisfactorily include proper stacking at designated place. Blanking plate, nut bolts shall be provided by the department and gasket and all labour, T& P shall be provided by contractor on his own cost.

Removal of earthing for neutral and main tank of transformer by cutting of welding and removal of supports etc.

Shifting/Dragging of oil filled main tank of Old & used 20 MVA 132/33 KV transformer from plinth to distance upto 100 mtrs (@ 5meter/Job) outside including turning of tank, if required, including all T&P and work required to complete the job satisfactorily.

Erection of 132/11kV 20 MVA T/F-I & II at 132 kV Substation Narayanpur, Mirzapur

Shifting of oil filled main tank of 20 MVA 132/11 KV transformer from unloading point upto 100 mtr (@ 5meter/Job) distance including turning of Tank, if required, including all T&P and work required to complete the job satisfactorily at 132 KV S/S Narayanpur.

Complete erection of 20 MVA 132/11 kV T/F by erection of radiators, conservator lank all bushing with their turrerts, connecting all oil pipe line, erection of cooling fans, motor drive mechanism with tap changer, RTCC panel, and associated oil pipe line, making control cable connections, all electrical connections, laying of cable and terminations for WTI, OTI, Buccholtz, Cooling fans, OLTC, RTCC, Marshaling Box with proper ferruling as per drawing etc. to complete the job satisfactorily, including first filling of T/F oil and final topping up of T/F oil for circulation in transformer, Radiator pipe lines, conservator tank etc. and attending oil leakage if any and all other associated work upto the period so that, transformer result are achieved to complete the erection including cost of labour, perforated tray for cabling, T&P etc.

Carriage of 20 KL Transformer OIL tank from 220 kV Substation Sahupuri upto 132 kV Substation Narayanpur and shifting back of the same upto 220 kV Substation Sahupuri after completion of the centrifuging work.

Centrifuging of T/F oil of 20 MVA transformer after erection at 132 KV Substation Narayanpur in tank and circulation in conservator tank, OLTC and radiator to achieve perquisite B.D.V above 80 KV and all other parameter.

Jumpering of 20 MV Transformer HV/LV side by cutting of conductor from bushing to CT, CT to breaker to isolator and isolator to bus including all associated work.

Earthing of main tank and neutral bushing of the above transformers with delta earthing(Double delta earthing will be done by contractor) by 50x6, 75x10 mm MS Flat strip including its cutting, straightening, bending, laying, fabrication, grouting, painting after removing of existing damaged earthing. M.S. Flat & Rod required will be provided by Contractor.

Following work is to be done at 132KV Substation Narayanpur (2x20MVA) cleaning/rubbing of rust, dust and oily surface by emery paper/sand paper/ wire brush and spray painting of following rusted equipments with one coat good quality red oxide primer and two coats of light gray synthetic enamel paint of best quality Asian/Berger/Nerolac/Shalimar including all the cost of labour, T&P and materials.

Spray/Brush painting of following earth flates with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of standard make green Japan paint of first class quality after cleaning of rusty surface by emery paper, removing of oil spots etc. including cost of all materials, labour and T & P etc.
