Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work sub class 'B' bricks laid flat bedded and jointed in CM (1:6) and pointed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per item No 3 above but laid on edges complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for extra over forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms mould mitred / stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work built in cement mortar (1: 6) with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, using old size bricks complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) brick / concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) of brick / concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or un plastered surfaces) and applying two Coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparing surfaces of new plastered walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over acoat of primer complete all as specified

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or un plastered surfaces) and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of galvanised mild steel barbed wire of any description from fencing post (RCC/ Steel) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia , barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F Chain link fencing made out of plain mild steel galvanised wire of dia as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, width of aperature 50 mm x 50 mmx 4mm dia to new steel posts by means of nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge

M & L for any kind of Repair, welding ,servicing and overhauling of rolling shutter/sliding steel doors gear operated type/Hand operated type with replacement of chain wheel, bottom wheel, tracks and hand chain of any size by oiling , greasing to gear box , guide channel , shaft , pully and repair to gear box, hood cover, pully etc and replacement of parts like spring ,pins, lathe etc and including securing guide channel to walls with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and making gud the surfaces with CM (1:4) and making the rolling shutter/sliding doors fully functional to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm over a coat of primer including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.
