Carriage of PCC/ST pole 9 mtr./11 mtr./13 mtr. from store to work site & required all back from site to store.
Erection of new PCC/ST pole for H.T.O.H./L.T.O.H. line and fitting of X-Arms, brackets insulators and other hardware fittings.
Shifting of re-usable old pole from S/s store to site and their errection.
Excavation of foundation and taken out the damaged pole/pole to be shifted from the ground . Repairing of rootted bottom of STP by welding 3 nos., MS angle of size 45x45x6 mm. 750 mm. long as per site condition.
Dismentling of damaged of St pole of very critical position with the help of Crane after remvoing all the accessories from damaged pole and its all related work including digging of pits and cutting with gas cutter
Opening of insulator binding for taking out the condutor and desmetling of X-arm/from PCC/ST poles and reparing 33 KV damaged/New x-arm & proper shaping including drilling of poles whatso ever is required with the help of gas healing and welding.
Re-sagging of conductor on old/new line after replacement of damaged PCC/ST pole erection and Re-binding/nuzzling pin insulators and all related.
Replacement and Mounting of 33 KV Pin insulator with G.I. Pin including binding of conductor with insulator
Chopping of tree branches lying in te route of existing line touching the tree branches to the phase line conductor making fault to the feeder, for 3" to 18" dia or as per requirements of site.
Making plinth of single pole of 400 mm dia, 600 mm dia height (200 mm underground) with C.C. in ratio 1:4:8 of cements, stone ballast and coarse sand including cost of cement, stone & sand etc.
Grouting of pole with cement brick ballast and coarse sand as per standerd specifications.
Repairing of 33 KV yard old isolator by replacing the jaws and blades or by oiling & greasing of moving parts or by adjustment of moving mechanism or by lebelling the whichever is required for smooth operation of isolator and its all related work etc.
