Safely removing of trench covers from various sizes trenches.
Chiseling of the wall of trenches from side by 150mm deep for fixing the new different size MS/GI pieces.
Grounding the new MS/GI angle pieces after cutting of 40x40x6mm or 50x50x6mm size angle in proper length size as per site/cable racks requirement in the trenches for supporting of energized control cable in 132KV switchyard trenches by cement and coarse sand/mortar of ratio 1:4 including curing the grouted angle. Also make 03No hole in the angle pieces. (only angle iron are provided free of cost by the department).
Welding of above grouted angle pieces on running cable tray in the cable trenches and stopper if required for cable holding. (only angle iron are provided free of cost by the department).
Cutting, strenthing, bending and repairing of 25x6mm continuous laying MS flat on cable racks fixing of new MS flat in place of badly damaged And wending of each angle pieces of all racks and connecting with main earth mate at interval of 30 mtr with MS flat(only MS flat are provided free of cost by the department).
Painting of above angle iron pieces by one coat red oxide primer of two coat of red oxide primer and two coat synthetic enamel black colour paint after proper rubbing and cleaning . including cost of labour , T&P and material.
Painting of cable racks running in cable trenches by one coat of red oxide primer of two coat of red oxide primer and two coat synthetic enamel black colour paint after proper rubbing and cleaning . including cost of labour , T&P and material
Dressing and tightening the energized control cable over repaired cable racks and clamping these cable by 25x3mm alluminium strip by screw and bolt including cost of labour , T&P and material (only strip are provided by the department).
Resetting the trenches cover on the original position safely
