Vertical submersible pumping machinery conforming to IS 8034 directly coupled with wet winding type suitable size submersible motor conforming to IS 9283 with standard MOC for portable clear water and BEE 3star rated ,continuous duty(s1) with following specification:Discharge-30 m³/Hr at a head of 58 mtrs. Motor submersible type 3 Phase 50 Hz,±6%, 415Volt +/- 10%, 2900 RPM. Capacity-7.5 kw/10hp ( H/Q Characteristic Curve of pump set & Test Certificate including G.C. of the P/M set should be submitted before delivery.) (Make - Approved Make)

80 mm dia Cast iron double flanged single door swing non-return valve generally conforming to IS:5312 Part I,PN-1.0 having body, door, cover in graded cast iron to IS:210 Gr.FG200 body and door,valve suitable for a maximum working pressure of 16 kg/cm2 (Seat test) & body tested to 24 kg/Sqcm.(Test Certificate submitted at the time of delivery) (Make-IVI/other approved make)

3 Core X 10 Sqmm Aluminum Armored, XLPE insulated 1.1 K.V. grade cable, conforming to IS 7098(I) as per direction of EIC.(Extra cable Stored at site)(Make:-Gloster/other approved in vendor list.) (Test Certificate is to be submitted at the time of delivery.)

80 mm dia. ERW M.S. column pipe having thickness 4.85 mm, (as per IS 1239 Part-I Heavy Type ) having 11 TPI thread at both end with one heavy type socket and painted by 2 coats of anticorrosive synthetic paint.(Each pipe 1.5 mtr long)(Make : Bansal/Jindal/Prakash/Other approved )

3 Core 1.1 KV Grade flat submersible copper conductor cable no of wire dia.84/0.30. (One for Star other for Delta(Make:-Gloster//other approved make.

Supply and Delivery of GI Wire 12 SWG.

Earth work in excavation of Cable line trenches, in all sorts of soil including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed &filling the same with excaveted soil including ramming dressing after all complete. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches,levelling,dressing and ramming the bottom,bailing out water as required complete.(For One Number of RBTW)

Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Sand cutting and removing from the river bed Ajoy for withdrawing and laying of cable line up to the depth of 1.5m from the river level as per direction of EIC.

Making straight through joint between 1.5 mm2 or 2.5 mm2(motor cable) and 3 coreX 4 mm2 flat submersible copper cable for extension of motor cable up to required lengh by supplying necessary seal kit to make joints leak proof all complete as per direction.(For One Number of RBTW)

Laying of 10 mm2 x 3 core Al. Ar. Cable along the length of G.I. collecting line including binding with supplied GI wire at a suitable interval so as to prevent sagging of cable complete as per direction of EIC.

Laying 3 Core X 10 Sqmm through existing soil trench/Pipe.

Installation of submersible pumping machinery (Submersible pump-motor departmentally supplied )along with 80 mm dia. M.S. column pipe part by part in the newly sunk tube wells with an arrangement of derrick, lifting tackles, tools and plants etc. on hire basis and binding the vertical submersible cable with the column pipes properly and fixing M.S. Top Cover on the tube wells with supplying necessary Clamps made of 65 mmX 12 mm thick flat as per reqd length, nuts, bolts, washers etc. all complete as per direction.(For 1 No RBTW)

Making straight through joint between 3 core 6 mm2 flat submersible cable and 3 CoreX10 sqmm Al Armoured cable by supplying necessary seal kit and hardener to make joints leak proof all complete as per direction.(For One Number of RBTW)

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm.including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work)

With earth obtained from excavation of foundation

Filling the trenches with excavated sand by engaging manual labour as per direction.

Finishing the end of following 3 Core X 10 Sqmm XLPE armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials .(To connect feeder terminal)
