Providing plastering, Painting, water proofing, miscellaneous Maintenance and other allied works for operational maintenance of rural Roads of panchayat Area in Diu District for the year 2026-27 (DPU-2368)

Cleaning of RCC storm water drain (any size) by manually or mechanical means including removing, garbage building rubbish, plastic bags, stones, sludge upto bed level including provision of safety measure, removing & refixing of slab cover including loading unloading of removed materials / sludge at site with all lead & lift to make free flow of water in proper condition as directed by engineer in charge.

Colour washing with lime on wall surface (one coats ) to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to loose scales of lime wash and other foreign matter.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on Rough (Similar)side of single or half brick walls for interior plastering upto floor two level and finished even and smooth in (ii) Cement mortar 1:4 (1-cement :4-sand)

Providing and Laying White Stone Bela mesonry block in course in superstructure with stone of approved quality in Lime Mortar 1:5 (1-Cement :5- course sand) including packing the joints etc. complete.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of on wall surfaces (One coats) to give an approved brand and manufacture and of required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powered materials.

Providing and laying in position Ready Mixed M-250 grade concrete for reinforced cement conctere work , using cement content as per approved Design Mix manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead up to 10 kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, including the cost of centering shuttering finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. Without Fly Ash (Min cement level as per latest IS 456 shall be maintained) (Cement level 450 kg ). in Foundation & Plinth

Providing and fixing drainage chamber cover made of 8mm thick G.I pipe with 65 x 65 x 8mm G.I angle frame including cutting, welding, griding fixing in position transportation, labour consumables completed as directed.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader/JCB/Manually on prepared surface and compacting to achieve the desired density

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including remixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with JCB/Manually/ paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting to achieve the desired density.
