Supply & Delivery Indoor-type, floor mounted,metal clad, single tier, fully compartmentalized,free standing, 11 kV VCB Panel with 3 Nos VCBs (1 Incomer + 2 Outgoing), totally enclosed and fully interlocked, horizontal drawout, horizontal / vertical isolation type breaker as per IS 13188, as ammended upto date and as per detail specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section) , suitable for use on 11 KV, 3 Phase,50 Hz AC supply to energise 2 X 500 KVA Dry Type Transformers. System house assembled panel will not be allowed Detail specification sl no 1

Installation & commissioning of the above 11 kV VCB Panel with P.T & all the accessories, incl. carriage, by placing in position, assembling, lining up, levelling and checking all instruments, relays, correctly set according to requirement.

Supply & Delivery of Cast Resin Dry Type 11KV/415V 500 KVA, 3 Phase,50Hz, Dyn11,copper wound, Class F insulation associated with winding temperature indicator/controller,having cable end box in the HV & LV sides and all accessories and conforming to IS 11171-1985 & IS - 2026 with latest modification (if any) & CBIP Specification and as per detail specification attached (uploaded in the specification section). Installation & commissioning of 11 KV/ 415 volt, 500 KVA distribution transformer incl. carriage to the substation building within a lead of 30mtr by placing in position and fixing after leveling fitting all components, connecting, checking & set of all instrument, relays according to requirement as instructed by the EIC incl. S&F base channels etc.

Making testing arrangement and submitting the test report for high voltage testing of specified voltage incl. checking & testing of all HT / LT equipments by authorized firm of Directorate of Electricity & commissioning the installation after obtaining the Approval of Directorate of Electricity.The scope shall be also included the necessary approval from Authority also.

Supplying of 11KV (UE) Grade XLPE Aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed, armoured cable conforming to IS 7098, of earthed system of following size.[ From Supplier HT Gear to Consumer HT Gear and to Transformer]. [ Make : Nicco / Gloster / Polycab / Havells ]

a) 3 Core x 240 Sq.mm

Laying of 1 No. 11KV (UE) Grade XLPE Aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed, armoured cable confirming to IS 7098, of earthed system of following size in the existing Masonary Open Duct as required.

a) 3 core 240 sqmm 11KV XLPE HT cable

Laying ONLY of 3 core 11KV grade 240 sqmm XLPE cable through U.G trench 760mm x 1200mm depth with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8nos of brick per mtr as per GS.

Supplying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 of following size in the existing Masonary Open Duct. [ From TR & DG set to main panel]. [ Make : Nicco / Gloster / Polycab / Havells / KEI]

b) 4 Core 240 Sq. mm

Laying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing Masonary Open Duct

a) 4 Core 240 Sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with Brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for the following sizes of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV Grade as required

a) 4 Core x 240 sq.mm.

Making heatshrinkable joints to the ends of the following XLPE HT cable at the transformer end as well as at the VCB ends supplying with necy. jointing kits, sockets, sleeves, anti-corrossive paste, wires, solders, jointing compounds, rubber sheets etc. incl. supplying of necy. tools & tackeles for crimping the end sockets, soldering irons & making of glands at the both end of the cable as per directions of EIC [Make - Raychem] for 3 Core x 240 Sq.mm

Earthing with Copper plate (610x610x3mm size) having weight of 9.84 Kg and 1 No. 25x5mm Copper strip (3.20 mt long) & 1 no. 6 sqmm PVC insulated stranded Copper wire (4 Mt long) incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (4 mt. long) to be fillied with bitumen, partly under the ground level & partly above ground level as per detail specification attached (uploaded in the specification section) [FOR TRANSFORMER NEUTRAL AND DG SET EARTHING] Detail specification sl no 4

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level & restoring surface duly rammed as below (ISI medium G.I pipe)

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe

Extra treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal for plate electrode as to G.S.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. For Soft Soil [1(a)/G-1]

Supply & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat 65 mm x 8 mm on wall having clearence of 6 mm from wall incl. providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Insulating the 65 x 8 mm M.S. flat incl. S&F black heat shrink PVC sleeves etc. The PVC tube sleeve to be inserted on the GI flat and heat shrinked by heating apparatus by skilled technician carefully without damaging the PVC sleeve as per direction of the EIC (for transformer neutral earth bus bar).

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supply & fixing 75x45 mm "C" channel having length of 2 mtr. each channel incl. nuts, bolts and washer etc.

Providing & fixing danger plates made of mild steel at least 2mm thick & vitreous enameled white on both sides & with inscription in signal red colour on front side as required.

Providing and fixing carbon dioxide (CO2) type fire extinguishers conforming to IS 15222-2002 and cylinders fully charged of following capacity (4.5 Kg ) [Make - Fire Shield / Ceasefire]

Supply and fixing of foam fire extinguishers conforming to IS 4989-2006, Portable type 9 lit capacity hanged on wall with bracket complete as required. [Make - Fire Shield / Ceasefire]

Supply and fixing safety instruction chart in word duly framed with 5mm thick glass as required (approx. Front area 1.20 sq.mt.)

Providing of set of 4 nos. 9.5 litre capacity GI bucket painted in post office red colour with prior coat of red-oxide paint and written with white paint 'FIRE' and mounted on MS angle iron frame with bracket and suitable base of appropriate size & capacity I/c filling sand etc.

Providing First Aid Box as approved by St. John Ambulance Brigade / Indian Red Cross conforming to IS 13115-1991.

Supply and fixing shock treatment chart duly mounted on a wooden frame with 5mm thick glass as reqd. (approximate front area 1.20 sq. metre).

Providing of rubber mat 2 mtrs Length x 1 m. wide and 12mm thick to withstand 15 KV dielectric strength as per IS 15652-2006.

Providing of rubber mat 2 mtrs Length x 1 m. wide and 6mm thick to with stand 3.3 KV dielectric strength as per IS 15652-2006.

S/F of 860 mm wide and 8 mm thick M.S checker plate including painting for covering the trench.

SITC of floor mounted Indoor type extensible cubical MV switchboard,fabricated by CPRI approved panel maker having compartmentalized design, fabricated out of 14 SWG ( 2.0 mm ) nominal thickness CRCA sheet steel,front and back openable, hinged, single shuttered, with incoming ACBs & Outgoing SFU and all accessories as per size, design & drawing to be approved by EIC and conforming to IS with latest modification and as per detail specification attached (uploaded in the specification section)[LT MAIN PANEL IN THE SUBSTATION] Detail specification sl no 3

Supply & fixing of 415V, 4 pole, 630A onload change over switch in sheet steel enclosure manual operated fixed on Angle iron frame on wall with both side cable end box. [Make - L&T Cat No CO46300OSOO / Siemens / ABB]

Supply and laying 1.1KV grade, 2 core 25sqmm PVC/XLPE armoured cable In UG trench. [Make : Nicco / Gloster / Polycab / Havells / KEI]

S&F compression type cable gland for above cable as per GS.

Finishing the ends of the above cable as per GS.

S&F 415V, 63A TPN main switch on angle frame on wall. (Standard)

Supply & laying 50mm dia medium class G.I pipe for protection of cable.

S&F 80mm dia. Medium gauge GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required.

Supply and fixing Cable Route marker with 10cc x 10cm x5mm thick G.I plate with inscription there on, bolted / welded to 35mm x 35mm x 6mm angle iron, 60cm long and grouting the same in C.C base block of size 300mm x 300mm x 150mm in ground including excavation and refilling incl. ramming the surface as required.

Supplying and fixing double-door SPN MCB Distribution Board with IP-42/43 protection, concealed in wall as per GS.
