Taking down door shutters of any description of area exc 1Sqm & n.exc 2 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood plain, framed , paneled shutters 35mm thick (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS 1003 (part-I) , kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete

S&F 2nd class Hard wood glazed/skeleton shutters 35mm thick open rebated prepared to receive glass, gauze etc devided in squares with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars any number with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated beads for securing glass gauze etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type B-0, 1:2:4 using12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in bands, bed blocks, fixing hold fasts, filling of door frames etc complete incl necessary formwork all as specified.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50 x 47 mm made out of 5 mm th rigid PVC foam sheet reinforced with MS sq tube as per specification complete

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be convered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvant cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert of top rail and bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and raials with suitabale PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvant cement, and S&F in the frame at side as per specification and drawing.

Taking down steel window/ventilator frames n. exc.1.5sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame).

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame/shutter work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including roller for sliding window, handle, locking device, necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
