SH: I - Operation and Maintenance

Operation and Maintenance of E&M Installations for one shift of 8 Hrs. on all working days including Sundays & holidays which involves operation, preventive / routine / breakdown maintenance, attending complaints, repairs with proper tools & plants, documentation etc. as per the contract terms and conditions and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (a) 01 No. Wireman (Skilled) (b) 01 No. Un-skilled (Helper) (Please refer SCC Cl. No. 44 on page no. 155 of tender documents before quoting the rate)

Deployment of Document Assistant cum Computer Operator with adequate knowledge of software such as MS Office/Data Entry/Inventory Management i/c. DTP works on all days except on Sundays and holidays etc. as required.

SH: II - CMC of Air Conditioners & Water Cooler cum Purifiers.

Comprehensive maintenance of 2.0 TR Split type Air Conditioners of all makes at different locations, including providing & fixing all necessary consumables and spares such as replacement of faulty compressor, condensers, PCB cards, contactors, sensors, insulating foam etc. complete as required and as per the special conditions and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Total 18 Nos. of AC Units).

Comprehensive maintenance of Aqua guard storage cooler cum water purifier of 40/80 Ltr. capacity of all makes at different locations, including providing & fixing all necessary consumables and spares such as replacement of faulty compressor and filter Cartridges etc. complete as required and as per the special conditions and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Total 03 Nos. of Water Coolers).

Replacement of following parts of 25 LPH RO unit at Akola Airport as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge as required.
