Erection , testing and commissioning of Water Cooled Packaged type Air Conditioners complete with scroll compressors, water cooled Condensor, Evaporator, Fan, Filter, Drier, Expansion valve & Micro processor pendent control panel & accessories . The inside temparature must be 24 + or - 2 degree celsius and RH 55 + or - 5 % dust level up to 20 Micron and the noise level should not be more than 68 db at a distance of 5.0 mtr complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

Supply, installation, connecting, testing and commissioning of wall mounted split units indoor and outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit, with star rating as applicable for the running year with inverter technology of capacity 2.0 TR capacity , R-32, inclusive of suction and discharge lines of suitable size and length of copper tube including necesary brazing and providing nitrile tubing over gas circulating copper tubes and neatly tying the ends with PVC insulating tape and mounting on suitable bracket inclusive of suitable drain pipe for disposal of waste water upto ground level, including cutting holes in to stone/brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and wall of cement concrete not exc. 150 sq.cm area of holes for running copper tubes from indoor to outdoor split unit and testing, neatly finishing the disturbed surfaces of walls to match with the surroundings complete all as specified and directed.
