Dismantling the spalled / distressed RCC and loose particles from the existing concrete including roughening the surface after thorough cleaning, rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing water proof treatment over the existing roof slab with polymeric asphalt membrane sheet (4kg/m2) constituting 7 layers with thermo fusible HM HDFE film one at top and other of bottom layer of this polymeric mix 1 layer of fibre glass tissue, 2 layers of polymeric mix on the top and bottom of 90 microns HM HDPE film, cracks on roof slab to be filled with cement based filter, laying of PAM sheets over a coating of 90/15 hot blown bitumen with 100mm over lap sealed by LPG flame torch further coated with oxides bitumen 90/15 and finally coated with aluminium coating and also extra attention should be given in roof / drain curve portion as per instruction of site Engineer including cost of all labour, lead, lift,T& P etc complete.

Supplying fabricating and fixing in position double leaf steel window with 2mm M.S Sheet and 8mm dia Rod 12cm c/c with wind stopper locking facilities etc., complete including cost of materials labour lead lift etc., complete.

Providing and fixing steel door of required size with single leaf, frame using 30x30x5mm M.S.angle shutters with 30x20x3mm M.S.angle and flat 4x5mm for door sfiffner center portion 20x5mm for shutter stiffner horizontal and 16x5mm for door stiffner outer vertical and horizontal with 2mm thick M.S.Sheet both sides made with 2 no. tower bolt, 1 no. aldrop, 2 no. handles, 3 nos. hinges with cost of all materials lead lift etc., complete including two coats of approved quantity enamel paint over the prining coat of red oxide.

Supplying and fixing in postion of 110mm dia. PVC pipe of 6Kg/Sqm pressure with the PVC specials, champs, bolts & Nuts by replacing the existing damaged / broken sanitary line pipes including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing and fixing well point system for dewatering the ground water including hire charges for 2 Nos 10 HP vaccum dewatering pumps and a spare pump with 30 filters, operator cost of 3 shifts for 2 Nos HP and maintenance cost, current consumption charges, etc., complete.

Providing two coats of snowcem for the old outer walls including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, thorough cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.
