SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R PORTION)

Disconnecting all in coming and outgoing cables, removing the 400 to 500 KVA 11000/433 Volt distribution transformer from the platform / two pole structure / floor and loading it in the vehicle carefully using crane and transporting it to the contractor's workshop, carry out the required repairs and transport the transformer back to the site , install it, reconnect all the incoming and out going cables by properly crimping using lugs of suitable size lugs, taping the bushes / bus bars, using insulation tape and testing complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No. 01 above but for distribution transformer of capacity 200 to 315 KVA 11000/433 Volt

All as per serial item No. 01 above but for distribution transformer of capacity 100 to 150 KVA 11000/433 Volt. (Note for seral item No. 1,2 and 3:- Gasket set, LT/HT side ceramic bushing, spindle for HT/LT side , rewinding, dehydration of oil shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items.)

Draining out all the transformer oil ,dismantling and inspection of transformer core and winding including taking out burnt out winding/insulation of LV / HV strips/coils , Reassembling of core and winding, drying out in vacuum chamber till specified IR values are obtained and providing new insulation materials, gasket, nuts , bolts, checking of leakages and rectifying the same by welding etc and replacement of silica gel for transofomer of 400 to 500 KVA 11000/433 Volt capacity all as directed. Note: (i). All new materials required such as winding wire, LV/HV bushes, Silica gel breather etc shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only under respective items. (ii) Cost of trnasformer oil for cleanaing by hoisting down shall be deemed included in the rate quoted. (iii) Gasket set, LT/HT side ceramic bushing, spindle for HT/LT side and air horn surge arrester for replacement shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item.

All as per serial item No. 04 above but for distribution transformer of capacity 100 to 150 KVA 11000/433 Volt.

M&L for winding of 11/0.433 KVHV coils,using new copper wire/strip of proper size including insulating materials (double insulation)as per existing size of core of transformer including heating , varnishing complete all as directed.

M&L for winding of 11/0.433 KV LV coils coils,removing U/S insulating materials, double reinsulation with insulating papers using same copper strip and rewinding as per existing size of core of transformer including heating , varnishing complete all as directed.

Supply only breather assembly of approved make filled with silica gel suitable for transformer of capacity 100 to 150 KVA 11000/433 Volt complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No. 09 above but for transformer of capacity 200 to 315 KVA 11000/433 Volt.

All as per serial item No. 09 above but for transformer of capacity 400 to 500 KVA 11000/433 Volt.

Supply only brass spindle for terminal on HT side threaded complete with nut, washers etc of suitable dia for transformer of capacity 400 to 500 KVA 11000/433 Volt complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No. 12 above but for transformer of capacity 200 to 315 KVA 11000/433 Volt.

All as per serial item No. 12 above but for transformer of capacity 100 to 150 KVA 11000/433 Volt.

Supply only brass spindle for terminal on LT side threaded complete with nut, washers etc of suitable dia for transformer of capacity 400 to 500 KVA 11000/433 Volt complete all as directed.

Supply only ceramic bushing and Gaskey on HT side of transformer of capacities 400 to 500 KVA 11000/433 Volt complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No. 21 above but for transformer of capacity 100 to 150 KVA 11000/433 Volt.

Supply and fixing complete gasket (Cock sheet) 6 mm thick of transformer of capacity 400 to 500 KVA 11000/433 Volt including conical rubber bush complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No. 24 above but for transformer of capacity 200 to 315 KVA 11000/433 Volt.

All as per serial item No. 24 above but for transformer of capacity 100 to 150 KVA 11000/433 Volt.

Dehydration/filtration of transformer oil by means of centrifugal filtration plant to achieve the specified dielectric strength of 35 to 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap in existing position of transformer of any capacity and transformer oil for topping up at various sub station complete all as directed. ( NOTE: The contractor has been submit test report for dielectric strength. Transformer oil used for TOP UP measured and paid separately under respective item)

Supply and pouring of new transformer oil to achieve a di-electric strength up to 60 KV in 4 mm gap conform to IS-335-1983 with sealed barral contains each 210 litre complete all as directed. Make : Sabita/Golf/Power Oil.

M&L for painting of transformer after cleaning the surface of transformer by rubbing with emery paper to remove oil stains, dust etc and applying one coat of snthetic enamel paint by spray paint including writing SM No/MES No , for the capacity of transformer of 400 to 500 KVA 11000/433 Volt complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No. 29 above but for transformer of capacity 200 to 315 KVA 11000/433 Volt.

All as per serial item No. 29 above but for transformer of capacity100 to 150 KVA 11000/433 Volt.

Shifting of transformer 100/250 KVA from one SUB-STATION to another after disconnection of LT & HT Side Connections, Installation, Commissioning and connecting LT & HT Side including loading to in the vehicle and unloading and trasporting complete all as directed.

S&F in repair aluminium earthing lead of size 32 x 6 mm including all fixing accessories complete all as directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 150 mm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm Graded cushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles, stays, etc. including formwork if required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm Graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping of poles, etc. including formwork if required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with Sub Class 'B" bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 meter mean radius in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (Machine Made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut, diameter of Shank 5 to 100 mm length of bolt exc 100 mm but not exc. 150 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil for laying of cables / GI pipe, foundation of pole, stay etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 41 above but exc 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3.00 mtr depth .

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading dry sand of approved quality for cushioning of UG cable laid in trenches all as specified and directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be Measured and Paid for).

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 45 above but using old serviceable concrete cable cover.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable MS cross arms bracings and supports, clamps nut bolts complete all as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts,bolts washers,welding,bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts in any shape/size as directed including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down of unserviceable HT insulators any size/type/capacity and keeping aside for safe custody for further disposal complete all directed.

Supply and fixing Pin type Porcelain vitreous white brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut 150mm height 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade including dismantling old insulator complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Single Disc type insulator assembly porcelain vitreous for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 Volts including dismantling old insulator complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out / down faulty serviceable 11KV, HT UG cable in existing trenches/duct/on HT poles of nominal cross sectional area from 95 to 185 Sqm, 3 core including disconnecting, PCC covers, GI Pipe etc. of any descriptions, including segregation of serviceable materials viz PCC cable cover, GI Pipes etc. and tracing the location of fault and keep in safe custody for re-use complete all as directed NOTE : (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent items (ii) Serviceable cable covers will be kept aside for re-use (iii) Serviceable GI pipe will also be kept aside for re-use

Supply, laying jointing & testing HT electric cable heavy duty 11 KV(E) grade, XLPE insulated screened , with sound compacted aluminium conductor, conductor screening with extruded semi- conducting layers insulation screening with copper tape covers laid up with PVC (ST-2) extruded inner sheathing galvanized steel strip armored PVC (ST-2) outer sheathed cable conforming to IS-7098 ( Part-II) amended of size 95 Sqmm, 3 core laid in trenches/ cable duct complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per serial Item No. 53 above but for 11KV (E) grade cable of nominal cross sectional area of 185 sqmm, 3 core

Laying only serviceable HT cable obtain from serial itme No 52 above XLPE insulated with aluminium conductor of size from 95 to 185 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volts grade complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC cable route marking of size 150 x 50 x 600 mm for Under Ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking out the old steel tubular HT poles complete all as directed.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged welded pole type 410 SP-55 (11 mtr long) including cast iron Base plate Final Taper Plug Cap Mild steel bolts Nuts Screws etc including applying two coat of black Bituminous Paint internally and externally up to Planting Depth and applying with two coats of aluminium Painting over a coat of red oxide primer including writing MES LT Pole and Blue marking reflector strip with synthetic enamel paint (first Grade quality ) including dismantling old poles complete all as directed. Note: Earth work and PCC work will be measured and paid separately

S&F in repair Lightning arresters expulsion type with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp for 11000 V complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor, service feeder or distributor span from its existing position complete all as directed.

Supply, stringing and fixing on existing/new poles, ACSR conductor of any type/ size including fixing to insulators with binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Anti climbing devices; comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured or as ordered complete all as directed.

S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 25x20cm size complete all as directed.

S&F in repair Triple pole switch air break gang operatd device, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 400 amps for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Polymer based dropout fuse unit complete set suitable and including for 11 KV, HT outdoor and dropout type of capacity 200 Amps including jumper connections with copper flexible designed jumper and testing and commissioning complete all as directed.

M&L for detecting carefully the fault location of HT UG cable of size 95 sq mm to 185 sq mm 3 core either HT cable fault locator machine or any other method and taking out the/remove the faulty portion of cable from undergound /over all length respectively inc meggering /connecting/testing on completion all as directed by EIC. (i) Excavation & earth work shall be deem to be included in the unit rate of this item of work.(ii) Stright throught joint for HT cable shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective item of this schedule (iii) Actual detected fault shall be paid under this item. Dummy located trail shall not measured & paid under this item

Note :- (i) Minor spares / consumeable items deemed to be included in the quoted rates (ii) Unserviceable spares such as fix top / lower contact, insulators replaced will be measured and paid seprately as"Supply only" under respective items
