Taking down concertina razor wire coil of any description fixed on security wall with wire staples or steel pins etc. and removing from site.

Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls, stacking and removing from site.

Dismantling angle iron fencing posts, struts or 'Y' arms, stacking for re-fixing and removing unserviceable material from site, including dismantling of base concrete etc.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for including disposal of unserviceable material off the premises as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Separating scrapping and cleaning reinforcement from RCC work and removing from site (Demolition of concrete measured and paid separately).

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including removing from site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in treaches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exe 1.5 m in depth for foundation, or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pierholes, drain etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in any type of soil.

Ditto all as per item No 7 here in before but exc 1.5 m depth and n. exc 3 m and getting out in any type of soil.

Returnig, filling in any type of soil, including spreading, levling watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm.

Removing of excavated soil n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exe 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm grade stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for brickwork with subclass "B" old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to side of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns and silimar work; vertical or to batter (rough finished flat surfaces of concrete) complete all as specifed and directed.

Use and waste of form work to side of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specifed and directed.

Use and waste of form work for bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks and the like, rough finised flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specifed and directed.

Use and waste of form work for side and soffits of lintels, beams, plinth beams the like (rough finished flat surfaces of concrete) complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for TMT bar 8 mm dia and over for RCC work, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip including stirrups, spacers and binder complete all as specifed and directed. .

M&L for providing RCC M-25 (design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, footing foundation beam, plinth beams, bases for columns and for RCC work upto plinth level and mass concrete complete all as specified a and drected.

M&L for providing RCC M-25( design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in clolumns, pillars, piers, post struts, and beams, cantilever over 1.5 m span and for RCC work above plinth level complete all specified and directed.

S&F mild Steel work in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Suppy and fixing bolts including nuts and washers any size and description as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 20 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on the fair side of single or half brick wall complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on the rough side of single or half brick wall complete all as specifed and directed

M&L for Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

M&L forpreparing new or old steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and aggplying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L Providing and fixing of 30 cm overall width 1.00 mm thick plain GS sheet with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ sqm fixed with screws and PVC sleevs in wall.

S&F galvanised iron concertina razor wire 3 clips cross type coil of 1050mm dia stretchable to obtain 950mm effective dia with BTO-22 Medium Blade (MBBT) having blade thickness 0.5 ± 0.05mm, blade length 22.0 ± 1mm, blade width 15 ± 1mm, blade spacing 34 ± 2mm and core wire diameter 2.5 ± 0.1mm, extended to 6-7 loops per metre including fastener clips, seal hog rings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc., providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Fixing only old steel work in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position as required.

S&F galvanised iron concertina razor wire 3 clips cross type coil of 610mm dia stretchable to obtain 580 mm effective dia with BTO-22 Medium Blade (MBBT) having blade thickness 0.5 ± 0.05mm, blade length 22.0 ± 1mm, blade width 15 ± 1mm, blade spacing 34 ±2 mm and core wire diameter 2.5 ± 0.1 mm, extended to 6-7 loops per metre including fastender clips, seal hog rings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and stacking and removing from site, RCC fencing posts or struts any section including takinng out embedded portion and making good disturb ground complete all as specifed and directed

Surface excavation n. exc 30 cm depth and averaging 15 cm depth and getting out in any type of soil.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8(40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base, foundation, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for Cement concrete pavement with type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate), including finishing the exposed surface even and smooth complete.

Excavating in post holes( or similar holses) each n. exc 0.50 cum, getting out in any type of soil returing filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layer not exceeding 25 cm.

S&F mild steel work as in posts and strut in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or reviting etc and similar work confirming to FE-290 Gde E-165.

Suppy and fixing GI Chain link fabric fencing of required width made of GI wire of dia 4 mm in mesh siize 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish off the premises.

M&L for coal tarring two coats on new or old work using 0.16 litre and 0.12 litre coal tar per sqm in the first coat and second coat respectively.
