Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Extra for scrapping, cleaning and straightening reinforcement from R.C.C. or R.B. work.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter.

The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Note :- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.

(2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

Supply mixing and application of ready to use anticorrosive coating Nitozinc Primer of M/s Fosroc chemicals (India) Pvt. Ltd., or equivalent in two coats @ 28ml per R.M. (Proportion of 668ml Nitozinc base + 400 mlNitozinc primer hardener = 1 ltr) to the exposed steel reinforcements, stirrups, lateral ties of slabs, beams & columns complete as per the manufacturer's specification and as per the instructions of Engineer in charge, the rate is inclusive of the cost of all materials, hire charges of tools, labour charges etc.,

Supplying & filling up the cracks on vertical / Horizontal surfaces of external walls with crack sealing cementitious materials of approved brand with water in the ratio of 1 liter water to 2.78 kg powder at the rate of 30 RM / Kg powder per groove, and making the wall good after removing all loose particles, making V groove. cleaning the groove curing for 14 days complete as per manufacturers specifications and as per the directions of Engineer - in - charge. The rate shall include the cost of all materials, hire charges of T& P, labor charges, etc., all complete.( Length of repaired cracks with above operations is measured for payment)

Carting out of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including bringing the waste material manually by head load from all floors.

Removing glass panes from windows and replacing them with new glass panes with putty and nails wherever necessary : float glass panes of thickness 4mm

a) for windows in ground floor and /or for windows which can be accessed from inside of the room / bolcony with ladder arrangement wherever necssary.

b) for windows in upper floors ( other than ground floor ) up to 8 floors with necessary Jhoola arrangement

Removal of vegetation at walls/roofs and floors/drainage systems/water supplying stream of the building/over head tanks or at any location and applying any special chemical to defective area to prevent vegetation growth and finishing the same with cement concrete/mortar to match the surface of walls/floors/roofs., etc complete as per the directions of engineer-in-charge(cement concrete/mortar to be paid in separate item.)(Uprooting of vegetation in each location will be measured as one job)

Cutting /Pruning branches of trees for avoiding entering houses and obstructing colony lighting and electrical wire free passing and disposing the cutting pieces away from the compound to the dumping ground as directed by the engineer-incharge. (Pruning/cutting of each branches for each tree will be measured as one job)

Cleaning of terrace / canopy/ chajjas by removing leaves grass dust, rubbish and other deposited / accumulated materials etc including removal of blockages/chockages of khurras/spouts of terrace/chajjas etc and disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground out side periphery of the building. (plan area of the terrace/chajja/canopy will be measured for payment)
