Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of sewage treatment plant at Sansar Chand Vihar MAP quarters by deploying 01 (one) FGM(Semi-skilled) in one shift, each shift of 8 hours , total 3 (three) FGM (Semi-skilled) in 3 (three) shifts per day to be deployed for performing duties including handing of all the T & P and materials required for operation including maintaing all the documents/register etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage. Note : Total 3 FGM (Semi-skilled) to be deployed per day.

Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of sewage treatment plant at Albert Ekka Enclave MAP quarters by deploying 01 (one) FGM (Semi-skilled) in one shift, each shift of 8 hours , total 3 (three) FGM (Semi-skilled) in 3 (three) shifts per day to be deployed for performing duties including handing of all the T & P and materials required for operation including maintaing all the documents/register etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage. Note : Total 3 FGM Semi - skilled to be deployed per day.

Note for item 1 to 2: (i) The contractor will ensure suitable repalcement of Electrician/FGM/Pipe fitter /Mate on rest days and Wages for the same deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted against items of M&O. (ii) The contractor shall produce details of the persons deployed by him his skilled/unskilled persons like Name, Aadhar No, Aadhar linked Bank A/c No, Experience certificate EPF No and ESIC No within a week of Acceptance of tender. The work will be commenced only after submission of requisite documents . (iii) The contractor shall ensure that his persons always be present in their shift. (iv) The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the complete area (i.e. inside boundary wall ) such as building, hard standing, foothpath etc in neat and clean position . All necessary T&P for cutting /cleaning of grass and vegitation will be arranged by contractor without any extra cost. (v) The contractor shall provide uniform, raincoat, protective clothing such as hand gloves, helmet, safety belt, first aid box and shoes etc to all persons on duty and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate of items of M&O here in before. The uniform shall have the name of the contractor and MES written on the shirt Pocket (Left and right side).

Note for item 1 to 2: (vi) The persons deployed by the contractor should have experience of nature of work under this CA. (vii) The contractor shall provide log sheet and maintain the the same on daily basis and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate of BOQ here in before. (viii) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE PAYMENT TO HIS STAFF EMPLOYED FOR THIS WORK EVERY MONTH, ACCOUNTED FOR, FROM THE DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF THE WORK AND SUBMIT TO THE ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE BANK STATEMENT/INDIVIDUAL’S PASS BOOK , EPF AND ESIC DETAILS AS A PROOF OF PAYMENT. (ix) Stacking the sludge cakes properly. (x) Cleaning the blockages in any pump/pipe line. (xi) Supplying /distributing the treated water regularly as per the directions. (xii) Complete cleaning of grits and channels daily. (xiii) Brooms and cleaning materials will be arranged by the contractor. (xiv) During the cleaning safety equipments will be supplied and arranged by the contractor. (xv) Removing the algar/sludge in the tube settler and keeping the surrounding area clean (xvi) Mixing of the chemicals as directed.

(xvii) Daily.weekly, monthly, quarterly, Half yearly & Yearly maintenance of equipments. (xviii) Peoridic cleaning as & when required of oil & grease trap & screen chamber including any heating inorganic waste to avoid cagging of pumps. Supply & pouring MBBR media type Description : Cylindrical shaped media wagon wheel design having high specific surface area of 500m2 non toxic and carrier media should be 10-15mm dia and length of 15-20mm

Material and labour for filling of quartz silica sand of 32 -64 grade media size in DMF and ACF .

Material and labour for filling quartz silica sand of 16 - 32 grade media size in DMF and ACF.

Material and labour for filling of quartz silica sand of 8 - 16 grade media size in DMF and ACF.

Material and labour for filling of quartz silica sand of 4 - 8 grade media size in DMF and ACF.

Material and labour for activated carbon filter media IV1000.

Taking out complete pebbles from the filter and re-filling the same after washing/cleaning throughly.

Supply and mixing of sodium hypo chloride having 6% chlorine content complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only of Poly Aluminium Chloride 100% purity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and mixing of Di Amonium Phospate fertilizer for developed bacteria in equilisation tank, MBBR 1 and MBBR 2 tanks of STP chamber complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: IFFCO or equivalent make as specified by E-In-C Br Notes items for Srl No. 11 to 12 :- (a) The contractor shall furnish the original Test Certificate of conformity of the chemicals from the manufacturer indicating MES order / CA No. and other relevant details at the time of acceptance of product by GE. (b) The chemicals shall be tested out for their genuinity within 07 Days of receipt of consignment at site from NABL approved lab and report to be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge. (c) Cost of testing and transportation shall be deemed to be included in unit rate of supply. The chemicals shall be used only after their confirmation to the standards.

Carrying samples for testing of treated water of STP and submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engr-in-charge and testing in NABL approved laboratory as approved by GE (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500-1991 mandatory for chemical, odour, PH Value TSS, BOD COD residual chlorine total nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total collifrom organisms per 100 Ml (MPN) and E colilie in 100 ml Note - Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for :- (i) Cost of sterilised bottle as required (ii) To and from transportation charges for collection of sample (iii) testing to be done every 3 months or as and when directed by Engr in charge

Maintaining the following records:- (A) Record of chemical consumption. (B) Record of treated water and electricity consumption (log sheet) (C) Record of water meter reading . (D) Log sheets to be provided by the contractor. Contractor shall ensure that treated sewage water shall confirm to the follwing characteristics :- (i) Total Suspended Solids : <20 mg/litre. (ii) Biological Oxygen Demand : < 20 mg/litre (iii) Chemical Oxygen Demand : < 100mg/litre (iv) ph : 6.5-8.5 (v) Total coliform : < 1000MPN/100 ml (desired nil) (vi) Residual Cl < 0.5 mg/litre. (vii) oil and grease : <10 mg/ltr (viii) All materials other than those materials as mentioned from ser no 3 to ser no 8 above which are required for efficient maintainence of characteristics of sewage treated water are deemed to be included in the quoted item rate. (ix) Cost of normal maintenance and material required for maintaining greasing, cleaning etc. shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted by the contractor. Note : All the material which is required as above will be deposited in MES store in advance ,same will be issued on requirement basis as per directions of Engr-in-Charge.
