Manning of 1200KLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant for Operation in 3 shifts (24x7) on round the clock basis including sunday & holiday by 01 semi skilled manpower "operator". The total operatinng staff per day- 03 nos. for 365 days i.e. 1095 man days deputed in 3 shifts as per schedule and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manning of 1200KLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant on daily basis including sunday & holiday by 01 un-skilled manpower "Helper cum sweeper". The total operatinng staff per day- 01 nos. for 365 days i.e. 365 man days deputed on daily basis as per schedule and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manning of 4 nos. 100KLD capacity Effluent Treatment Plant for Operation including sunday & holiday by 01 semi skilled manpower "operator". The total operatinng staff per day- 02 nos. for 365 days i.e. 730 man days deputed in 2 shifts as per schedule and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manning of 4 nos. 100KLD capacity Effluent Treatment Plant on daily basis including sunday & holiday by 01 un-skilled manpower "Helper cum sweeper". The total operatinng staff per day- 01 nos. for 365 days i.e. 365 man days deputed on daily basis as per schedule and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manning of Sewage Treatment Plant and Effluent Treatment Plant for supervision of day to day operation and maintenance by skilled manpower/ Technical person as per schedule and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of Different capacity R.C.C. Tank in STP & ETP including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i) Tank shall be emptied of water and de-sludging by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the tank shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush/scrapper etc. to remove all scales, craked earth, dirt, mud/slit algi, fungus and other foreign deposited materials and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (Note- Periodicity of cleaning 6 months)

Dismembering, opening complete Activated Carbon Filter/ Pressure Sand Filter/ filter installed at sewage treatment plant including taking out carefully filter media completely of different sizes , cleaning the filter walls, pipes and other accessories with wire brush, replace the media (if required) as per existing shape /size or as directed by Engr-in-Charge, assemble complete unit and testing, commissioning complete all as directed. (Note: Filter media will be measured and paid separately under relevent items)

Supply of following good quality filter media/ material for (i) Activated Carbon Filter (ii) Pressure Sand Filter (iii) Softner tank as and when required as per scope of work and direction of Engineer-in -charge.

Supply of Non Clogging, freely moving, Cylindrical shaped PP Media for MBBR Reactor (Compact, Light-weighted, Rust proof, Durability, Anti-corrosive).

Supply and fixing in replacement of chemical dosing pump set single phase 240 V, IP-65 rated for flow rate of 2 - 10LPH including all necessary connection, testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sample testing of treated water once in a month from NABL Accredited lab for following parameter i/c collecting the sample in presence of Engineer-In-charge or his authorized person and submitting the report to concerned authority etc. as required (Payment of this item shall be claimable only in the case of satisfactory report regarding desired output parameters). In case of water sample not conforming to the desired parameters, contractor has to bear the cost of testing. Parameters: (a) Potential of Hydrogen (pH), (b) Bio-chemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), (c) Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), (d) Total Suspended Solids(TSS), (e) Turbidity, (f) Coli form etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
