Sub-Head : Repairs to Buildings
Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).
Renewing glass panes and refixing existing wooden fillets:
Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).
Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Cleaning of man hole by manual labour / mechanical means and disposal of sludge in apit including earth work in excavation and refilling after sludge disposal upto a lead of 50 mtr etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Clearing the blockage of sewer line manually/ mechanical means and spreading phenyle etc. to make the environment hygenic all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Cleaning of roof, terrace and disposal of rubbish outside building premises etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Checking and making good all leakages etc. in GI, C.I, SCI, CI pipes etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Major fittings etc. to be paid separately
