SPL REPAIR AGAINST REPLACEMENT OF BER DG SETS AND SUMMER APPLIANCES AT BABINA CANTT

Supply , Installation , testing and commissioning of Eco friendly for emmission and noice (CPCB IV+ norms Complience), generating set Diesel Engine driven 82.5 KVA / 66 KW at 0.8 power factor or nearest higher size , 415 volts AC , 3 Phase 50 Hz , 4 wire directly coupled alternator and Engine water cooled common base platform with in built fuel tank and including all excavation PCC foundation , anti vibration pads / dampers as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by manufacturer. The DG set shall be factory assembled by the OEM of the engine manufacturer and all components shall be accommodated in enclosure and other accessories comprising of the following:-

A ) ENGINE : Eco friendly for emmission and noice (CPCB IV+ norms Complience) Diesel Engine confirming to BS/IS standard devoloping suitable HP @ 1500 RPM water cooled complete under NTP condition, with a provision for 10% over load for one hour on 12 hours running with the following:-

a) Radiator / Heat exchanger cooling system.

b) Spider coupling guard. C) Fy wheel

d) Fly wheel housing complete with starter gear ring & Coupling

e) Fuel pipes f) Air cleaner g) Fuel & Lub oil filter

h) by pass filter j) Fuel pump k) Water pump l) Lub oil pump

m) Self starter 12 volts DC n) Residential silencer

o) Extension joint p) Digital DC volt meter 0-30 volts for battery

q) Disply for fault r) Lead acid DC battery 12 volts 88 AH
