Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The bidder shall be regular supplier of SF6 gas and should have supplied SF6 gas of minimum work order value of Rs.8.38 lakhs to any Generating station / Substation / State or central govt. or any utility in India during the preceding 5 years from the date of issue of NIT.

Others -- shall furnish at least one work order and corresponding work completion certificate issued by competent authority/project head/ authorized person.

Capabilities of Vendor

Dealership/ Stockist certificate, in case bidder is a supplier of SF6 gas.

Others -- shall furnish Dealership/ Stockist certificate, in case bidder is a supplier of SF6 gas.

Financial Status

The bidder shall have minimum annual turnover of Rs.16.76 lakhs in any two financial years during the preceding five years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26).

Audited CA Certificate of Annual TurnoverOthers -- OR copy of P&L statements / annual report duly audited and certified by the Chartered Accountant and bearing valid UDIN.

Others

The bidder shall not have been subjected to forfeiture of EMD/foreclosure/termination of their Contract in KPCL or Government or any other utility or shall not have been blacklisted for participating in tender by KPCL or Government or any other utility in India during the past three years.
