Damper/Valve/Axial fan installation between flanges in line with metallic gasket and torque tightening of flange joint and as per the detail scope of work in Section-V.

Erection of centrifugal fans (Capacity-6800 m3/hr, Power-10 kw, Static head-210 mmWC) to desiganated area and its erection as per drawing and as per the detail scope of work in Section-V.

Installation of Oxygen cylinder in designated area as per drawing and detail scope of work in Section-V.

Installation of grilles of different sizes in the duct collar as per drawing and as per the detailed scope of work in Section-V.

Window cutting in CS duct, Shifting, Erection & Welding of CS collar of 3 mm thickness as per drawing. End connection: SW, Welding process: SMAW as per the detail scope of work in Section-V.

Supply and installation of glavanised full threaded rod of 22 mm dia with its nut, swivel washer, swivel washer seat & washer assembly and coupler (if rod extension is required) that is to be used for providing hanger type support for ducts and pipes as per the detail scope of supply & work in Section-V.

Supply of fasterners (Nut, Bolt, screw & Washer) of differenet sizes required as per ASTM A-193 Grade-B7 as per IS: 1367, material: Carbon steel, UTS class: minimum 8.8 grade or as per drawing and as per the detail scope of work in Section-V.

Supply of EPDM gasket sheet (Durameter Hardness Shore-A 70 +/- 5) of size 1000 mm x 1200 mm x 3 mm thick as per the detail scope of supply in Section-V.

Supply of SS 316 Shim (width: 800-1500 mm) roll of 0.5 mm thickness to install in between SS pipe and support structure as per the detail scope of supply in Section-V.

Supply and pasting of Fire retardant water proof sealing compound (POLYURETHANE FOAM based or equivalent) in 5-20 kgs pack as per the detail scope of supply in Section-V.

Radiography of weld joints for OESC ventilation and Breathing Air system as per the detail scope of work in Section-V.

Supply and installation of post concrete Anchor bolt of HILTI make type-HSL-3 G/3B of Size M16 and as per the detail scope of work in Section-V.

Supplying of suitable Primer, brush, thinner/tar-pine oil as per manufacture recommendation Primer Painting of ventilation duct and supports as per the detail scope of work in Section-V.

Supply of Synthetic Enamel Paint, brush, thinner/tar-pine oil as per manufacture recommendation & Painting of ventilation duct and supports as per the detail scope of work in Section-V.
