Taking down cement or cement-lime plaster of any description from brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and preparing the surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, including liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement, on stone/brick masonry, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to include work at any height and location, scaffolding and all equipment required for execution of work.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on surfaces other than fair faces of brickwork or concrete, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rough cast plaster on exterior walls comprising undercoat of cement and sand mortar 1:3, n less than 10 mm thick, and while still in plastic state applying rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone/fine gravel aggregate 6 to 12 mm size, coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1, finished even, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceilings, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/dismantling loose or damaged concrete including plaster of any description, up to 50 mm thick and in any position, from RCC structures such as chajjas, fins, roof ceilings, louvres, parapets, columns, beams and lintels, by carefully chipping/hammering, including necessary scaffolding, cutting rusted reinforcement wherever required and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 1 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning existing concrete/wall/reinforced surfaces obtained after taking down loose/damaged concrete by wire brushing, scraping, cleaning with emery paper and washing down with water, and M&L for applying solvent-free epoxy-based concrete bonding agent as per manufacturer's instructions for bonding old concrete surface with new concrete/plaster, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Nitobond EP of Fosroc/Carbodur of Sika or equivalent approved make of Pidilite.

M&L for applying two or more coats of two-component zinc-based epoxy rust preventer on corroded reinforcement after removing rust with wire brush and treating with approved rust remover, including cleaning, washing, air blowing and brushing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick plaster with polymer modified mortar fortified with SBR, with 5 litres SBR added to 50 kg cement with water, over and including chicken wire mesh wrapped over exposed ribs of beams/slab soffits and tack welded to exposed reinforcement at close intervals, finished to match adjoining surfaces of ceiling, beam, column or wall, complete all as specified and directed.
