"Maintenance , repair / replacement in Per each 624.00 respect of 1) Masonry works - brick work, Team/day concreting,grouting, plastering, pointing, flooring / dado work, Open drainage works, roof leakages etc. 2) Carpentry works - Wood work, doors & windows,cup boards, frames, shutters fittings & fastenings,rafters, reapers, wooden furnitures, roof sheeting etc.3) Plumbing works- Day to day maintenance and repair works in Plumbing related. By supplying multi skilled team. Each team of Multi skilled man comprises of 2 members of mason or carpenter or plumber or combination as per requirement with all Contractors tools, transportation, lead & lift,equipment's & scaffolding arrangements, safety equipment, maintenance of tools & other equipments etc. Material required for repair / replacement / other petty repair works will be supplied by the Railway at free of cost at work spot and as decided by Engineer in charge. The rate is for any one team of multi skilled members. Note: 1) Each member of team should report to SSE/Works - In charge on or before 9hrs on required working days as required by Railways 2) The Contractor should attend the maintenance, repair / replacement works with number of labour specified - one team of 2 nos for each category of work as directed by the Engineer in charge 3) A day to day register shall be maintained for this purpose and the same should be produced to the SSE/Works - In charge when ever required and produced the same for making payment 4) If any complaint / deficiency noticed in the working of the labourer, they should replaced with new person as per the direction of the Engineer in charge,. 5 ) Two times maintenance cost (per team / per day) will be imposed as penalty for the deficiency in working by the contractor's labour 6) The contractor should comply with existing laws and acts of Govt. of India and State Govt. Law and acts in engagement and working with labour 7) Mobile phone communication facility should be provided by the contractor to the each team for communication with departmental officials for instructions." The Suspended System held with Spider Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steel of approved manufacturer with glass panel having 12 mm thick clear toughened glass held together with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel Spider & bolt assembly with laminated glass fins 21 mm thick. The Glass fins and glass panel assembly shall be connected to Slab/beams by means of SS- 316 Grade stainless steel brackets & Anchor bolts and at the bottom using SS channel of 50x25x2 mm using fastener & anchor bolts, non staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts, all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings. The 139 complete system to be designed to accommodate thermal expansion & seismic movements etc. The joints between glass panels (6 to 8 mm) and gaps at the perimeter & in U channel of the assembly to be filled with non staining weather sealant, so as to make the entire system fully water proof & dust proof. The rate shall include all design, Engineering and shop drawing including approval from structural designer, labour, T& P,scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fitting fixers nut bolts, washer, Buffer plates, fastener, anchors,SS channel laminated glass etc. all complete.
