Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres:

P/L of Stone soling including tamping manually incl carriage lead complete.including plums

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6(1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work forFoundations, footings, bases for columns

Masonry work with Klin Bricks in super structure above plinth level inCement mortar 1:6 including Laying and supply of bricks

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Tile Work in Floor and dado over 12mm thick bed of cement mortor 1:3 including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade of tile.

Providing and fixing of M.S grills of required pattern in frams of windows etc i/c primer and painting

Placing and fixing of Steel work (angle iron ,flats,tubes and all other fitting items) of approved qualit for Gate
