M & L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of LT Panel or Street light Panel covered by dust and other deposited materials by cleaning from Panel of Size upto 100 X 100 X 50 cm including Repair of panel door, hinged nut bolts clamp etc. painting with one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement three pole Contactor 63 A Current Rating 70A General use 10A, 415V with coil Make L&T Model MNX 70 Three pole contactor all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Analog type street light timer switch time setting incl inbuilt backup operated on 415 volts AC 50Hz Make L&T or equivalent approved make all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 x 60 x 0.6 cms thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth of not less than 2.25 Mtrs below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip of 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, 40 mm dia GI tubing light grade protection pipe upto test point, 20 mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:3:6 with pit cover of size 30x30 CM made of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS bars on both ways with suitable handle, angle iron frame of angle iron size 40 x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt in alternate layers all around the earth plate, excavation in any type of strate removal of surplus soil and returning filling in all as required at site all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement existing aluminium bus bar rectangular 400 to 600 Amps full for phase and half for neutral and interconnection of MCCBs to Bus bar mounted on epoxy insulators including nut, bolts with colour coding PVC sleeves all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repalcement existing aluminium bus bar rectangular 250 to 300 Amps full for phase and half for neutral and interconnection of MCCBs to Bus bar mounted on epxy insulators nut, bolts with colour coding PVC all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement aluminium lugs of size 16 sqmm to 50 sqmm and tightening of all connecting points, cable connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement aluminium lugs of size 70 sqmm to 120 sqmm and tightening of all connecting points, cable connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L chemical earthing with copper earthplate electrode 900x600x5mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copperstrip 32x6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, checknuts, washers of brass or copper all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part-I connected to earthing test point including excavation/ earth work in any starta PCC (1:3:6) type C1 including necessary formwork mould for fair and even surfaces inclduing with precast RCC chamber cover slab (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with 6 mm dia MS bars on both wings, necessary chemicals for improvement of earth resistance upto below 1 ohm without GI protection pipe specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Earth resistance of chemical earth should be below 1 ohm.
