Supply,laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 95 sq mm (From VCB at MES power house to KV school proposed new transformer) (Rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be inclusive of operning of back side of exising VCB and provision to insert the HT cable by cutting of MS botton plate and pack it after connection through POP/wire mesh etc and parallely connect the existing HT cable as standby by or kept aside duly marked as standby as directed by Engr-in-charge)

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type, Plinth mounted step down transformer, 11 KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC three phase 50 Hz, 250 KVA capacity, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil Natural- Air Natural (ON AN), with external cooling tubes/fins, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with Neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings at + 2.5% & + 5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree Celsius. The transformer shall be conforming to IS-1180 Part-1( 2014) with energy efficiency level 1 as per Gazette Notification No. CG-DL-E-08042021-226437 dt 08 Apr 2021 (Amendement No. 4 dt Mar 2021 to IS:1180-2014) and shall comprise of the following :-

(a) Three Nos porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side , complete with brass/copper rods, nuts and washer (b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception / taking out of LT 1100 volts grade XLPE, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel). (e) Explosive vent , Thermometer pocket on tank cover, Oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, Lifting lugs/ jacks , Oil filling hole with cap / plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One No , dial type thermometer, vapor pressure type, having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (j) Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. NOTE:- (i) PRECOMMISSIONING TEST SHALL BE DONE BY SEI FROM CE WC, WITHOUT ANY EXTRA COST. (ii) The rate quoted shall also includes for pre- dispatch inspection by rep of Accepting officer (iii) First filling of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked (Make Savita / Power Link/Poweroil) filtered and tested upto 45 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination, Cold shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed (01 Nos at Tapping point MES power house and 01 Nos at proposed transformer)

Supply and lay XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 400 sq mm incl taking out old u/s cable complete all as specified and directed (From Proposed new Transformer LT Side to Proposed LT Panel)

Supply and lay XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 240 sq mm complete all as specified and directed (From Proposed LT Panel to KV School old Bldg existing LT Panel Single Run) (Addl Run)

Fabricate, Supply install test and commissioning of CPRI approved Outdoor type LT panel board suitable for 440 Volt, 3 phase & Neutral , 50Hz supply , floor mounted weather and vermin proof fabricated from MS angle of size 50x50x5 mm as base frame,with 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet load bearing members and load bearing members such as door partitions etc of thick no less than 2.0 mm thick , with gland paltes at bottom with suitable Brass chromium plated glands, with locking arrangements complete, duly powder coated with siemens grey colour after chemical treatment, including LED RYB indicators on incoming side and ON/OFF/TRIP indications on outgoing side of breaker, interconnections from bus bars to MCCB's with suitable size aluminium bus bars, all internal ckt / protection wiring with FRHR 1100 V grade wiring with MCB protection,including terminal adapters, spreader links on incoming and out going sides of MCCB's complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following :- (Proposed Main panel)

Supplying and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV (2Mtr x 1 Mtr) for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2206 (Superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock saftey complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete for sub station equipments with galvanized steel earth pole electrod of size 600x600x6.3mm thick burried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below the ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm by means of nuts, bolts,check nuts and washers of galvanised or steel all as specified or shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009( Part-l), including ncessary earth work and excavation in any strata, GI pipe 40mm dia light grade for protection of galvanised iron earthing strip upto 7.5 mtrs, including concrete chamber of PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) having copping in PCC (1:3:6) Type C-1using 20mm graded stonr aggregate. Intemal surface of concrete chamber shall be plastered with 12mm thick cement mortar (1;4) and 50mm thick RCC cover in proportion (1:2:4) type B-1using 20mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm dia tor bar@ 80mm c/c both ways and charcoale dust common salt etc.,funnel testing point, 8 mesh per liner inch, including test point , testing incl takng out old u/s existing GI earthing complete . (Transformer body-2, Transformer Neutal-02, APFC Panel - 02, LT Panel - 2 x 2 = 4, 02 Nos existing pump & motor)

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed,

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and n'exc. 1.50m deep for laying cables/pipes/poles and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25Cm in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material in soft/ loose soil n'exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level n'exc1.5M above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushning to U/G cable in layers of 23cm thick( 8 Cm before laying the cable and 15Cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Compacted thickness of sand cushioning shall be considered 15cm for measurement and payment purpose.

M & L for Old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid in trenches as cable covers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for GI tubing (light grade) with all necessary fitting laid in trenches/under road crossing, or fixed on poles/walls/under floor etc complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes:-

M & L for cutting of bituminous / PCC road of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided ( for Laying of cables)

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 with using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of flooing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work using sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 Mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed

M&L hard core broken bricks aggregate of guage n exc 63 mm deposit spread & levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick watered and rammed complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete nominal Mix type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in Slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roofs, etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over. Cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) (20mm graded aggregate 75mm thick as in plinth protection surface finished even and fair without using extra cement including joints filled with bitumen mastic complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for cross arms made out of mild steel channel or angle section of reqd size and shape including clamp back plate with bolts, nuts, washers drilled for insulator bolts, welding, binding cold or hot in any shape or size as directed and painted with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer after necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Lightning Arrester Expulsion type complete with all Fittings Transmission Class discharge capacity 65 KA suitable,for working pressure 11000 Volts and connection to earth with GI 32x6mm Strip, completing cirucit termination fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M& L in replacement Switch Air Break Gang Operated for 11 KV grade, Triple Pole vertically mounted on insulator and fitted on steel frame , current rating 400 Amps, mechanically operated mechanism from Ground Level consisting of Operating Rod of GI Pipe 25mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ of suitable Length worked From Ground Level and with Locking Arrangement Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamp 50x6mm including dismanting old unserviceable Switch Air Break of any description, complete all as specified and as directed and completing circuit

S&F in replacement Expulsion Fuse, Single Pole, Channel type/drop out type suitable as per Site requirement with Working Pressure 11 KV grade of capacity 50 to 100 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) (sizes as ordered) with permissible Sags, fixing on Electric Poles and binding to Insulators with Aluminium Binding Wire as in OH Conductors including stringing, tightening, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for compression/crimping type sleeve joints above 10 mm dia for conductor wire overall for jointing conductors/jumper connections indlucing treatment with conducting jelly complete all as specified and directed.

S& F Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet viterous enameled white with letter figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fix with MS clamp for HT size 25 x 20 cm complete all as specified.

Material and labour HT cable route indicator made out of PCC post of 1:2:4 of size not less than 20 x 15 cm and one meter height with making embossing the following letters of size 100 mm in the PCC post "KV HT CABLE 11000 Volts, 95 SQ MM" including necessary excation and PCC 1:2:4 (30 x 30 x 30 CM) for embeding the ground.

Supply and lay XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 4 core 16 sq mm incl taking down u/s cable (FOR SECURITY LIGHTS). Note for item No. 03 to 07 & 39. 1. The rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be inclusive of suitable size aluminium lugs at any required length at both ends of cable. 2. Suitable size of cable chromium plated stainless steel grands etc.

S & F in replacement pole box for street light dust and vermin proof with hinged door and locking arrangement make Sintex model GSJB 3020 complete with 4 way connector 2 Nos. of capacity 60 amps incl one MCB SP C series 06 amps 10 KA capacity for Security light connection with flexIble wire 3 core 2.5 sqmm with suitable size of PVC conduit and including suitable clamps & suitable size brass chrome plated glands-02 nos at bottom for cable entry and exit complete all as specified and as directed. Make shall be : Sintex/National/BCH or equivalent in approved make list.

Supply and fixing in replacement Post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete and to be mount on GI pipe 40 mm duly grouted in in PCC including PVC copper wire 1.5 sq mm 3 core of required lenght (upto 2 mtrs) complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 34,075.00
