SPECIAL REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT TO STREET LIGHTS SYSTEM AND CONVERSION OF LT OVER HEAD LINES TO UNDER GROUND AT CERTAIN LOCATION AND SPECIAL REPAIR TO ELECTRICAL WIRING IN CERTAIN BUILDINGS ALONGWITH CONNECTED ITEMS AT AF STATION SURATGARH

BOQ (Special repair replacement to street lights system and conversion of LT over head lines to under ground at Certain location and special repair to electrical wiring in certain buildings alongwith connected items at AF Station Suratgarh)

Supply and laying LT UG XLPE insulated 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable, multi stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel strip wire or tape and connecting up to the electrical system with suitable size of aluminium lugs cable of size 25 sq mm 4 core as per IS:7098 (Part-I). Complete all as speciifed and as directed.

Supply and laying LT UG XLPE insulated 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable, multi stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel strip wire or tape and connecting up to the electrical system with suitable size of aluminium lugs cable of size 35sq mm 3.5 core as per IS:7098 (Part-I). Complete all as speciifed and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables and getting out of complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L Brick of common burnt clay, sub class 'B' old size laid flat and dry on cables as in cable protection in trenches over cables perpendicular to direction of cables abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for river bed fine sand laid in trenches 15 cm below cable and 8 cm above the cable for cushioning/protection to cable including spreding, levelling and 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness will be considered.

S&F for Galvanised iron steel tubes, ISI marked light grade of size 50mm bore for cable protection on the wall under road under drains complete all as specified.

S&F for Galvanised iron steel tubes, ISI marked light grade of size 40mm bore for cable protection on the wall under road under drains complete all as specified.
