Providing and placing loose furniture, Italian marble table tops and Soft Furnishing items in Guest Rooms of 3rd Floor of Annexe Building of The Ashok Hotel, New Delhi

Providing and placing in position Study Table of overall size 1000mm x 600mm x760 mm, as per approved sample in the mock-up room, comprising 2nd class teak wood legs of section 75 mm x 75 mm, with base frame made of 2nd class C.P. teak wood of section 90x20mm, and top made of 19 mm thick commercial block board with decorative wooden moulding of 25x20mm on three sides and teak margin on one edge; the table shall have 01 No. drawer of size 460mm x 500mm x 100mm, with drawer front in 2nd class C.P. Teak Wood, drawer sides & bottom in 19mm thick commercial plywood, edges finished with teak wood margin, complete with 20" long soft-closing telescopic channels (basic rate 502.50/-) and brass handle/ knob as per approved sample, all exposed wooden surfaces shall be finished with melamine polish, complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and placing in position Bed Side Table of overall size 510 mm x 510mm x 620mm, as per approved sample in the mock-up room, comprising 2nd class C.P. teak wood legs of section 75 mm × 75 mm, sides made out of 19mm thick commercial block board of 270mm height on both sides, finished with 4 mm thick teak veneer, and top & back made of 19mm thick commercial block board; the table shall have 02 Nos. drawers of size 420 mm x 490 mm × 120 mm, with drawer front made out of 19mm thick block board finished with 4 mm teak veneer, and sides & bottom in 9 mm thick commercial plywood, edges finished with teak wood margin, complete with 18" long soft-closing telescopic channels (basic rate 425.50/-) and handles as per approved sample; all exposed wooden surfaces shall be finished with melamine polish, complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and placing in position Mini Bar Unit of overall size 1350 mm × 610 mm × 780 mm, as per approved sample in the mock-up room, made out of 19mm thick commercial block board at top, front and sides. The external front façade and sides shall be finished with 4 mm thick teak veneer, including 4 mm x 4mm grooves on front facia and provision of louvers on one side, complete as per approved design. The back shall be made of 6 mm thick commercial plywood. The unit shall be internally divided into two equal compartments by a vertical partition, with one fixed shelf provided in one compartment, made of 19 mm thick commercial block board. All internal surfaces shall be finished with 1 mm thick laminate as per approved shade, with edges finished with teak wood margin. The unit shall be provided with shutters, fixed with two numbers crank hinges (basic rate Rs. 51.50/- per hinge) per shutter and 6" long oxidized brass handles as per approved sample, complete with melamine polish on exposed wooden surfaces, all complete as per approved sample and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid with adhesive araldite etc., joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Bottochino Marble Stone (Basic rate of stone is Rs. 350.00/sqft).

Providing & placing in position, Bed Skirt stitched using fabric of approved colour & design with frill & pleat work, bell crow tape etc. for King size (Size 2.00 X 2.00 Mtr.) bed all complete as per directions of Engineer - in - incharge (Basic rate of fabric is Rs. 1000.00/meter).

Providing & placing in position, Bed Skirt stitched using fabric of approved colour & design with frill & pleat work, bell crow tape etc for single bed (Size 2.00 X 1.00 Mtr.) all complete as per directions of Engineer - in - incharge (Basic rate of fabric is Rs. 1000.00/meter).

Providing & placing in position, Bed Throw of size 2.80 X 1.35 Mtr.stitched using fabric of approved colour & design with underlay satin fabric alongwith 2" width all around fabric Border on front side for King size bed, all complete as per directions of Engineer - in - incharge (Basic rate of main fabric is Rs. 1000.00/meter and satin fabric is Rs. 190.00/meter).

Providing & placing in position, Bed Throw of Size 1.80 X 1.35 Mtr.stitched using fabric of approved colour & design with underlay satin fabric alongwith 2" width all around fabric Border on front side for single bed, all complete as per directions of Engineer - in - incharge (Basic rate of main fabric is Rs. 1000.00/meter and satin fabric is Rs. 190.00/ meter)

Providing & fixing of Heavy curtains with French Pleats in panel size of 48" or 1.20 mtr width & 2.30 meter height (i.e. total curtain length after folding etc.) by using/providing Fabric of approved colour & design of Basic rate of Rs. 525.00 per meter, complete including cost of buckram, hook, stitching etc. with finishing all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of Sheer Curtains in panel size of 48" or 1.20 mtr width & 2.30 meter height (i.e. total curtain length after folding etc.) by using/providing Fabric of approved colour & design of basic rate of Rs. 375.00 per meter complete, including cost of buckram, hook, stitching etc. with finishing, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
