NOTE (Applicable for all items) :- The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum / amendments and General conditions of contracts before entrying/quoting the rates.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm stone aggregate) as in padding and in any situation finishing even and fair average thickness 40mm concrete for getting proper slope/covering as specified. (NOTE: PCC shall be done by Mixer machine only.)

M&L cutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal of grooves in CM (1:3) and all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick average in cement mortar (1:4) over roof surfaces mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces complete. (NOTE: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L roof treatment using APP based polymeric membrane, minimum weight 3Kg/Sqm, 3 mm thick, reinforced with polyester non wavers fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) over a coat of blown bitumen primer @0.30 Kg/Sqm and bonded completely with torch application with side over lap 75 mm and end lap minimum 100 mm and sealing over lap and joints as per manufacturer's instruction and applying one coat of aluminium paint @300 ml per sqm on surfaces of any description/above the APP membrane and all as directed . all as specified.(NOTE: Aluminium paint shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only aluminium paint .

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate to receive tiles.

M&L for joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade using coloured tiles.

M&L Vitrified light shade tiles 8-9 mm thick (Square or rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match

Taking down cement plaster any description and the like on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for 15mm thick in cement plaster CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on wall

M&L for prepartion of newly plastered surfaces and priming plastered surfaces with alkaliresistant primer paint and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings

Dismantling structural steel work .

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc.

M&L for prepainted corrugated galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

M&L for prepainted plain galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

S&F steel work in tubular for columns, roof truss, purlins, rafters and battens etc incl special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction but welded tube conforming to IS :1161-1979 Gde St-240 completely providing in any curvature and as of any shape etc complete all as specified

M&L for flyash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified,including demolition of brick work

M&L Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 in roof kerbs or mud stop, rounded or champered on edges as in coping including coping

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on walls.

M/L Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces

M&L for preparation of new steel surface exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint glossy.

S&F 110 dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls .

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius bore in dia 110mm.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (E-board, insulation, perforated particle board, laminated board, gypsum board etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, aluminium snap grid, hangers etc.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid size 605 x 605mm frame work for false ceiling and hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 600mm long complete all as directed .

M&L 4 mm thick e-boards size 600 x 600 mm fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/aluminium frame work with screws in ceiling flat or sloping including two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as directed .

All as per Sl item No 31 above but except E-boards fixing after cleaning, preparation of old ceiling boards and applying one coat of oil bound distemper of colour to match the existing ceiling boards in repairs complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area exceeding 1.5 sqm and not exceeding 4.0 sqm each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as directed .

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as directed .

Taking down shutters of any description not exceeding 1 sqm each all as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm and not exceeding 2 sqm each all as directed.

Refixing shutters of any description not exceeding 1 sqm as other opening each all as directed.

Refixing shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm and not exceeding 2 sqm as other opening each all as directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood plain , solid straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints.

S&F factory made flush shutter 40 mm thick, solid core construction with particle board core and ply wood face pannels commercial type on both side complete all as directed .

S&F 35mm thick factory made 2nd class hardwood shutters plain framed, panelled shutter ( two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. Taking down the existing rolling shuter complete including hood cover and greasing, oiling and refixing in same position.

S&F collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, including taking down of old collapsible gate complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down the existing collapsable gate in reqd and straightening the flaps, replacement of rollers etc. greasing, oiling and refixing in same position.
