The Tenderer must be OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or Authorized dealer of OEM.For Authorized dealer current Dealership Authorization Certificate from OEM should be uploaded along with the tender offer and for OEM self-Certificate should be uploaded

1.Technical literature for the device must be provided by firm/vendor with bid offering. 2. Supply and commissioning of GPS must be included with device charger, SIM card with necessary service, Server charges, necessary web-based computer and mobile applications, online Report generation as per RDSO'S guideline and water-proof covers. The device shall be compact and its part shall or be easily detachable. 3. GPS service provider must be the software developer for the same, OEM preferable. 4. Warranty must be provided for One year from date of commissioning. 5. AMC for Two years after ending of Warranty period (i.e., after minimum 12 months) including SIM and Server charges, necessary applications running and all sort of battery replacement and repair charges to keep the devices operational. 6. Make in India preferable as per the guideline of GOl and certificate of such must be provided including valid details of manufacturing/assembly line-up. 7. A dedicated support staff from company should be available on phone any time and must be present at division within 72 hrs. of call whenever required, who is responsible for all sort of repair and necessary guidance. 8. Repairing/replacement of the devices whenever required, should be done at site and scrap parts must be submitted to site in-charge. 9. Requirement of items in Report Generation should be consulted with Railway Officials and changing is such will be made by service provider whenever required in total tenure.

Make in India Policy: (a) This tender complies with Public Procurement Policy (Make in India) Order 201, revised on 16.09.2017, issued by department of Industrial, Promotion and Policy, Ministry of Commerce circulated vide Rly. Bd%u2019s letter No. 2015/RS(G)/779/2/Pt.1, dtd. 25.09.22. (b) Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated at Para-14 of Special conditions of contract attached. (c) In case of procurement for value in access of Rs. 10 Crs. the Class-I local supplier/Class-II local supplier shall be required to provide a certificate from the statutory auditor or cost auditor of the company (In case of companies) or from practicing cost accountant or practicing chartered accounts (In respect of suppliers other than companies) giving the percentage of local content

(a) MSE sources, for availing benefits under MSME Act, should upload valid documents maintained under MSME act such as MSIC certificate etc dully marking the tendered item in the certificate,otherwise, claim for benefits under MSME act may not be entertained. (b) MSE source owned by SC/ST should upload necessary documents to get the benefits of being owned by SC/ST. Otherwise, claim for benefits under MSME act may not be entertained.
