REPAIR TO TRANSFORMER,HT CABLE AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AT 19 WING, 33 MRS, KAHIKUCHI, 3 AFSR, MOUNTAIN SHADOW AREA UNDER GE (AF) BORJHAR .

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exc 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading dry sand of approved quality for cushioning of UG cable laid in trenches 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying & streching the cable complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be Measured and Paid for).

Supply and laying factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only old serviceable PCC cable cover in trenches for under ground cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, grouting and painting cable route indicator made up of Factory made Precast RCC slab of size 100 cm x 40 cm x 80 mm thick duly embossed with "MES 11 KV HT Cable" on both sides , Size of Cable and grouting on the route of HT cable complete. Note :- (i) Unit rate of item includes excavation, PCC foundation for erection of route indicator. (ii) Slab of route indicate to be provided with min 4 Nos x 8 mm diameters TMT bars along length of slab with 7 Nos cross bar 6 mm dia in reinforcement with shuttering. (iii) Route indicator RCC slab to painting with two coat of red colour synthetic enamel paint over on one coat of white primer base all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Taking out / removing existing unserviceable 11KV, HT UG cable from trenches/duct/ HT poles of any cross sectional area including disconnecting, including taking out PCC covers, GI Pipe etc. of any descriptions, segregation of serviceable materials viz PCC cable cover, GI Pipes, UG cables etc. and tracing the location of fault and keep in safe custody for re-use complete all as directed NOTE : (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent items (ii) Serviceable items like cable covers, cables and GI pipes shall be kept aside for re-use

Laying only including connecting jointing and testing serviceable HT cable XLPE insulated with aluminium conductor of size from 95 to 185 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volts grade in existing location complete all as directed. Note: Serviceable HT cable obtained from ser item No 8 shall be reused. Cble joints will be measured and paid separately

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of electric power cable, heavy duty 11KV (E) grade, XLPE insulated, screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area of 185 sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches/cable duct including taking down the existing cable complete all as specified and directed.
