CERTAIN REPAIR AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE MANHOLES SEPTIC TANKS AND SOAKAGE WELL PATH AND GATE AT MADHOPUR UNDER GE BASOLI

Cleaning of existing sewage pipe line 100mm/150mm/200mm internal dia at any depth inluding manholes, by removing the manhole cover of any size/type and cleaning the line mechanically by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine from manhole to manhole and flushing the line with water after cleaning and getting out the sludge/liquid material from the manholes/lines, removing the same to any distance place outside the defence land in a closed container and re-installing the manhole cover to its original position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the manhole covers (CI or RCC), any type of manhole rectangular/circular and desluding/ dewatering of septic tank and soakage wells of any size and depth by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine by plugging inlets as required, making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carrying the effluent outside the defence land in closed containers and re-installing the manhole cover to its original position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blockage of bathroom/ kitchen by cleaning the Nahani trap/ gully traps/ floor trap and removing all the mud/sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly grating of trap, CI waste pipes by opening the clearing eyes/doors and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 m from the gully trap and covering the same with soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and as directed. (the quoted rate includes for keeping particular bathroom/kitchen undertaken once for cleaning functional for full contract period.)

Cleaning of blocked WC seat any type/pattern (pedestal/ squatt pattern) upto 1st manhole and making the drain pipe of any size full functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including cleaning of 1st manhole and removing the waste material/sludge etc to a distance n.exc 50m and burring the same in pits, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : (a) Cost of excavation and earth work for pits for burrying the waste/sludge etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates. (b) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge by the contractor without any extra cost.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed. (Excavation upto top of drain pipe shall only be considered.)

Cleaning of CI pipes of any dia from first floor to ground floor upto trap and 1st manhole along the wall, floor, including rodding and removing waste material to a distance n.exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc. 6m in mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, including demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoines arches,pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ( Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate in lintels upto 1..5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for precast cement concrete as in manholes covers 1:2:4 mix type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate,including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT steel bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) all as specified and directed

Material and labour for salt glazed stoneware (SGSW) grade 'A' drain pipes 150mm bore laid and jointed on concrete bed, complete including testing etc ( ISI Marked )(concrete bed shall be measured and paid for separately) Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Concrete bed to drain pipes in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm garded stone aggregate ) including packing under,and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150/160 mm bore dia of pipe ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint,over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plastering in cm 1:4 CM finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key secrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white including fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe PVC seat cover and butterfly jet spray with necessary connection,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for Vitreous Chinaware squatting pan, orissa pattern size 580mm x 440mm white , with integral foot rests, including connection to trap,and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe,etc including making good to floor flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC, 32 mm dia, for low level cistern complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates rails, braces etc. complete,drilled for fixing or steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooke and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete S & F rolled mild steel Fe - 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality "A".complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excess earth, waste material etc already dumped at site including necessary excavation to a distance exc 500 mtr and n exc. 1000mtr wherever required along with sewage line and around soakage wells and septic tanks complete all as specified and directed Note : Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include taking out sludge (liquid/semi liquid / solid) , excavation of borrow pits for dumping sludge, removing including loading / unloading and transportation etc complete all as specified and as directed

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 150 mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.
