Brick work with F.P.S bricks of class designation 75 in foundation & Plinth in cement mortar in 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Centering and Shuttering, including strutting, propping and removal of form work kitply. including head load & carriage

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position imported KD wood including coat of priemier and black japan paint complete job .

Providing & fixing panelled or panelled & glazed shutters for doors & windows and clerestory windows including ISImarked black enamelled M.S Butt hingeswith necessary screws 35 mm thick first class imported wood incl 3.5mm thick glass panes with all necessary accessories complete and 12 mm thick both side decorated ply board for doors . including coat of premier complete job

providing/fixing 5mm thick float glass incl cutting placing in position complete job

Providing and supplying second class sand/stone dust filling iside plinth incl all carriage complete job

Structural Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting welding & fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Including soffit & Eaves Bording of 2mm thick MS Sheet I/C priming coat and painting three or more coats.

Providing colour coated HI RIB GS Sheets roofing fixed with polmer coated J Or L hooks , nuts , bolts, 8mm dia with bitumen & GI Limpet washers, up to a pich of 60 degree excluding cost of perlins rafters & tresses 0.50 mm thick wih zinc coating not less 275g/sqm.

Providing and fixing of Ridges/valleys including cost of nails and washers

12mm thick Cement Plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6.

Applying 2mm thick wall putty on wall surface for smooth finish (two or more coats) including head load & carriage

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shade to give even shade on new work (two or more coats)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and hades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete 11.52.1

Providing and Laying Flamed/Shot blasted Granite Stone For flooring, Landings of staircase, etc. using granite of minimum thickness 20 mm machine-cut slabs of approved quality, type & colour as per the approved sample, including cutting to required sizes, shapes and pattern as per drawing, and laying to the required level / slope including all surface preparation, providing and laying cement mortar (1:4) bed of average thickness 20mm with cement slurry / paste spread on the top of mortar using grey cement, filling and finishing the joints with neat cement slurry/ white cement with matching colour pigment, curing, mirror polishing of joints if required, cleaning etc. complete at all floors and levels as per the instructions of the EIC

Providing and fixing of steel less steel ,Ralling , Ornamental type per finished including fixing of baluster and master plllers to ralling of 50m dia top raling and drilling of bollts at requried steps complete job.

Providing & fixing of hardware fittings of ISI mark of standard make complete in all respects. including head load & carriage
