Item Breakup - E-Trenching & Cable Laying

Excavation of trench at a of Depth of 1200 mm. and Kilometre width of 300 mm., including marking of cable alignment, clearing of jungle, roots of trees, bushes, refilling with excavated soil, ramming and consolidation after laying of cables complete to the finished item of work in all type of Soil. NOTE: In case 1.2 m. depth of the trench is not achievable due to site conditions approval of officer in charge is to be obtained and payment shall be made on a prorate basis.

Laying of S&T Cables of various cores/pairs/quads in Metre trenches/GI pipes/RCC pipes/DWC pipes/Trunking.

Trenching under Rails for crossing the track (Track Metre Crossing) and refilling of trenches. The track crossing shall be done at right angles. The depth of the cable trench shall be 1.2 meter below the rail flange. The ballast shall be stacked separately while making the trench and the earth soil shall be stacked separately. While re-filling the trench, the earth soil has to be filled first to the ground level and the ballast has to be properly put in the track. Cutting of platform surface (tile/slab/concrete) for a Metre depth of 20 cm. & width of 10 cm. & refilling /reconditioning/ repairing the platform after laying pipe & cable. Cutting should be done with marble cutting machine in proper manner & restore the same as before in such a manner that the aesthetic of PF is not disturbed.

Manual Track crossing/ Road Crossing by Horizontal Metre Boring method at culverts/ track/ pucca road. This also includes insertion of HDPE pipe of 110 mm./G.l. Pipe of 100 mm. in the bore drilled (HDPE pipe/GI pipe is to be supplied by Railway).

Cement concrete work for miscellaneous items in the cum ratio 1:3:6. Items include ramming, curing and plastering with cement & sand mixture (aggregate not exceeding 3.8 cm.) (Aggregate cement & sand to be supplied by the contractor).

Arranging of HDD machine with accessories including Metre handling/laying of Pipes and preparation of site and boring (boring size upto 175 mm.) at track crossing/ pucca road crossing, boring trench shall be minimum 01(one) meter below the track/road/pucca road crossing area. Item Breakup - F-Apparatus Case

Supply of full size apparatus case (GKP type) (as per Numbers Drawing No. SW SK NO. 4/90 & other applicable GKP SW Drawing). This includes supply of a location box (GKP type) with 'E' type lock & key, fitted on the location door on both side, E Type lock (ward No. will be specified by Engineer-in Charge) as per RDSO Drg. No. SA-3376 and Key to Drg. No. SA-3377 as per RDSO Drawing No. S-11500. Inspn:-Consignee.

Casting, concreting and curing of concrete foundation Numbers (in ratio 1:3:6), erection and installation of full size apparatus case as per Drg. No. S&T/C-6/98(NKG). This includes the cost of all materials required for fixing holding down bolts, casting, concreting. Note: Bolts, nuts and washers, bitumen compound to be supplied by contractor and bitumen compound to be used in between apparatus case and foundation. This also includes the bottom of apparatus cases filled with sand and the outside covered with masonry work and neat cement plastering. Networking of data logger includes extraction of data reports from the Control room. Exceptional reports are to be generated by a computer connected to a datalogger at the station and at a central location in the Control Room. Datalogger software should be able to generate exceptional reports for maintenance, safety and operations as per latest guidelines of Railway Board/RDSO/Zonal Railway. Datalogger to be installed at Site by OEM For networking, required communication channel (Quad/ OFC cable) will be arranged/provided by Rly in the Relay Room or in OFC/AUTO/EI Huts. The final commissioning will be done after filling up the Pre-Commissioning checklist (circulated by RDSO) with the OEM representative. Datalogger to be validated and commissioned before simulation test (SAT) and put in network, validation statement should be jointly signed by railway engineer (open line), railway engineer (construction) & OEM'S engineer before simulation test with name, designation and date. Payment for this item will be released only after submission of duly signed pre-commissioning checklist of data logger in standard RDSO format, joint signature of validation statement. OEM'S engineer will also impart training to rly staff at site for proper functioning /working and applications of data logger.

Laying of STP/UTP CAT-6/Power Cable/LS cable through Metre flexible PVC Conduit Pipe/GI Pipe/HDPE Pipe (where necessary) as per direction of the Rly. Representative, including any fixing of cables/PVC pipe/PVC Casing on wall/shed with suitable clamps (the clamps and screws should be made of Stainless steel). All the fixing materials including Collar, bend, junction etc. shall be supplied by the contractor. This also includes transportation of cable, PVC Pipe, GI Pipe, HDPE Pipe etc. to the site.

Item Breakup - I-Design of circuits

Design of circuits in connection with preparation of Station wiring diagrams as per approved Signalling Plan and submission of indoor as well as outdoor completion documents. It includes Route Section Plan (RSP), Selection Table (ST), Locking Table (LT) and Control Panel Diagram (CPD)/VDU Diagram. Two copies of prints with soft copy will be submitted to Railway for checking. If alterations are suggested/proposed by Railways then again two copies of prints will be submitted for advance approval after carrying out all the alterations as suggested/proposed by the Railways. Tracings will be submitted for all the diagrams mentioned above for the purpose of approval by Railway prior to commissioning of station. All drawings will be prepared in CAD. The wiring diagrams will consist relay rack analysis, relay contact analysis, fuse details. Tag block analysis etc. A separate CDlPen drive will be submitted to Railway for each station along with original tracings. It also includes preparation and supply of laminated one set of all completion plans including circuit diagrams and indoor as well as outdoor completion documents on standard 75- micron polyester film for station in Auto CAD. 6 (Six) sets xerox copies will be submitted for each of the documents mentioned below: Cable Route Plan, Cable Core Chart, Location details plan for all the locations, Cable termination details, Signalling Plan, SWR Diagram, Wiring Diagrams, Selection Table, Locking Table, Contact Analysis, Fuse and Tag Block Analysis of Relay Rack and CT Rack, Control Cum Indication Panel/VDU diagram, Power Panel Diagram, Track Circuit Plan, Rack Erection Plan and Junction Box details etc. Note: Total cost of design and completion documents for a station/yard will be calculated on basis of total possible movements/routes as per Selection Table (ST). Item Breakup - J-Painting

Complete painting and varnishing work at a station Station (5/6 or more Line). This includes painting of signal posts and fittings, apparatus cases, point machines, junction boxes, rail post etc. This also includes varnishing, letter writing on relays, terminal Nos., apparatus cases, point machine, Signal Nos. and other details as per Signal Engineering Manual and instructions of Engineer at site. The item includes painting of distances of main cable run from G.P nearest to cable run and the painting of distances of S&T gears (Singals, Location boxes etc.) form the railway lines as per SOD and as per instruction of Site Engineer. At least two coats of paint is to be applied besides primary coating of red oxide. This includes supply of paints, varnishes and all other material required for complete painting work at a station. This includes painting on existing functional units also. The painting shall consist of initial red oxide / base paint followed by at least two coat of the paint as per standard painting scheme. This item also includes painting of interlocked gate attached to the station. Location box no. shall be painted on both sides.

Marking of all circuit particulars near terminals on Station terminal board/ rack in apparatus case,junction boxes and nomenclature relays, fuses,equipments as per approved drawing. Total 66304.69
