Providing, laying and spreading 7.50cm compacted layer of WBM grade -3 with 22.40-53 mm size Kabrai stone [email protected]/10sqm in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with road roller of 80-100 kN. in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & brooming Screening material type-B @0.19cum/10sqm to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting including cost of all material, cartage up to site, water, labour T&P etc. complete as directed of E/I.

Providing and applying Primer coat with Slow Setting Emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.75 kg. per Sqm as per using mechanical means including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc complete as directed of E/I.

Providing and applying tack coat with emulsion RS-1 Grade using pressure distributor @ 0.25 kg. / Sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with premier and cleaned with mechanical broom as directed of E/I.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 2 parts of 13.20 mm nominal size stone grit @ 0.18 cum / 10Sqm and 11.20 mm nominal size stone grit @ 0.09 cum / 10Sqm using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable mixol unit, laying and rolling with 3 wheal 80-100 kN. Static road roller, finished to required level and grades including cost of bitumen emulsion as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying seal coat type -A over premix carpeted surface with 6.70 mm nominal size stone grit @ 0.09 cum / 10 Sqm with VG-10 bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade as per Technical specifications.
