Excavation in soil in hilly area by manual means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with in all leads and lift as per drawing and MORD technical specifications cluse 1603.1 including carriage of materials within all leads and lift complrte as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classifications of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/ wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibated ) as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 305.1,1104 and 1606.1 and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge Including setting out,construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and diposal upto all laeds and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150 mm (One hundred fifty milimetres) compacted thickness including shorting and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge and including carriage of materials within all lead and lifts.

Excavation in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site. and according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and un- useful material and transportation of the un -useful material for disposing at dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to be borne by the contractor as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and with all kinds of labour ,machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All useful material such as stones , shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site and handed over to the department free of cost to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used/removed as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. serviceable stones to be handed over to the department free of cost. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable material shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Stone filling under floor dry hand packed with hard stone of approved quality consokidated properly to required level and as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8, (I) Granular material, Including carriage of material within all leads upto leads as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : six sand : twelve graded/crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) mechanical mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth and as per HP. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded crushed stone aggregate crushed 40 mm( forty milimetre nominal size) for plain /reinforced concrete mechnically mixed and vibrated in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 and curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete for plain / reinforced conc. In open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clause-802, 803, 1202 & 1203 in Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 sand: 10 graded stone Aggregate 40 mm nominal mix). Including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand : eight crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) mechanical mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth and as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I. including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Stone Masonry:-Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement: six sand: twelve graded stone aggregate twenty milimetre nominal size) in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six Sand) in breast wall and retaining wall as per HPPWD specification 1990 (one thousand Nine hundred Ninety ) volume-I including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and laying Damp proof course 38 mm thick with cement concretew 1 : 2: 4 (one cement two sand four graded stone aggregate twelve point five milimitermetre nominal size ) and curing complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (mexphalt 80/100 or equivalent) using 1.70 kg. per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosene oil including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) Second Class Bricks with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Form work:-Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen milimeters) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (thrity into thrity into five milimeters ) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding all heights and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
