M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite slabs machine cut (of any type, any colour) work (table rubbed and polished) as in floors, steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, laid over screed bed including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade including chamfering of edge in steps, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Screed bed shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite slabs (of any type) machinge cut for skirting/dado laid over and including cement plaster 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match and shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slab one edge, such on in steps, cooking plateform, and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of sizes 300m x 450 mm X 7 mm thick jointed in neat cement slurry, laid over including 10 mm thick screed bed/backing layer in CM (1:4) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile as in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting, complete all as specified and direcetd.

M&L for for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and direcetd.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc., set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC soil, waste and rain water (SWR) drainage pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to wall as rain water pipe with suitable size PVC stack clamps by maintaining 30mm clear gap between finished wall surface and pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard /dence soil, complete all as specified and directed.
