Providing and fixing decorative railing system comprising of approved heritage-pattern GFRC/GRC balustrade panels Minimum 1.00 Height and decorative GRC pillars Minimum 1.20 Height, @ 1.5mtr Center to Center manufactured with minimum 25 mm thick GFRC/GRC sections, complete with necessary internal reinforcement framework using MS rods/steel supports of suitable diameter and spacing and Including applying priming coat, weather proof exterior painting suitable for sea front marine environment, railing as per approved structural design and manufacturer’s recommendations. The work shall include casting, moulding, finishing, erection, alignment, jointing, anchoring, grouting, surface preparation, and fixing in position at all levels, including customized integrated copper-toned traditional lanterns including Lamp Plain/Warm White and decorative top spikes of approved design, shape, and size. All components shall be weather resistant, finished true to line and level, and complete with all fittings, fixtures, fasteners, inserts, scaffolding, labour, transportation, and incidental works required for proper completion of the item, as per approved drawings, specifications, and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
